  • Have breakfast and drive towards Kainchi Dham.
  • Visit the ashram and spend time there.
  • Visit Naina Devi Temple.
  • Continue to Bhimtal and check into your hotel

Night 2: Bhimtal

  • Morning: Bhimtal Lake
    • Enjoy breakfast overlooking the lake.
    • Take a lakeside walk or boating trip, subject to availability.
    • Visit the island attraction if it is open.
    Visit Sattal, a scenic group of lakes surrounded by forest.
    • Enjoy nature, photography and a relaxed lunch.
    • Return to Bhimtal for a quiet evening

  • Breakfast and a final walk near Bhimtal Lake.
  • Check out
  • Drive back to Haldwani, usually around 1–1.5 hours depending on traffic and your exact starting point.

Package Policies

  • Accommodation on a twin-sharing basis.
  • Meal plan (MAPI): daily breakfast and dinner.
  • Attached bathrooms and toilets with running hot and cold water (at scheduled times).
  • Fuel, parking, toll taxes, interstate taxes, permits, driver allowance, and night halt charges.
  • All transfers, excursions, and sightseeing as per the itinerary.
  • Transfers and sightseeing by AC vehicle (the AC will not work on hilly drives).
  • Entire travel as per the itinerary.
  • 5% GST extra on the total billing amount.
  • Travel insurance covering medical evacuation, hospitalization, air evacuation, baggage insurance, and trip cancellation.
  • Tips and porter charges.
  • If the destination for a particular day cannot be reached due to landslides, natural calamities, or traffic jams, arrangements for that night's stay and meals will be made at the nearest available location. These arrangements will be at extra cost, payable directly by the guests. No refund will be made for the original destination.
  • Any food or beverages not included in the package, such as mineral water, refreshments, meals, or lunches en route or at hotels.
  • Any personal expenses, including room service, special orders, mineral water, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, phone calls, laundry, etc.
  • Any services not mentioned in the inclusion list.
  • Booking amount: 25% of the package cost.
  • 40 days before departure: 50% of the amount.
  • 12?8 days before departure: 75% of the package cost.
  • 7 days or less before departure: 100% of the package cost.
  • In all other cases, the cancellation charges will be as per the booking conditions of the tour, and we shall be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges per person:
    • 31 or more days before departure: ?10,000 per person will be deducted (excluding ticket cancellation and visa charges).
    • 30 to 16 days before departure: 75% of the total land cost.
    • 15 to 8 days before departure: 100% of the total land cost.
    • 7 to 0 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges will apply.
