- The company does not hold any booking or hotel without an advance payment. The rate of the package may vary during the off-season and on-season.
- Hotels and room categories depend on availability based on the given date of travel.
- We would love to host you, but if you are unable to travel as planned and need to cancel your booking, do not worry. Our simple cancellation process ensures you receive a quick confirmation and a fast Credit Voucher.
- 30 days before the travel date, 30% of the total package cost will be deducted. A Credit Voucher will be issued after the deduction.
- Between 29 to 10 days before the travel date, 50% of the total package cost will be deducted. A Credit Voucher will be issued after the deduction.
- Between 9 to 0 days before the travel date, 100% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- The applicable Credit Voucher will be sent to your registered email address within 72 hours from the date of cancellation.
- The Credit Voucher shall be valid for one year from the date of cancellation.
- The Credit Voucher can be redeemed against the equivalent or higher amount of the booked package amount.
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted via email.

The trip was well planned by Sizra, she understood our requirements and curated (Read More)finest itinerary. She stays were thoughtfully picked. The weather complimented all the planned activities throughout the journey.
Few places were closed (like Shillong peak, Guwahati Museum, etc) and that could (Read More) have been informed prior to our journey start, since we understood the closure after reaching the points.
