Day 1 Delhi-Manali

On arrival at the airport/railway station, you will meet and be assisted by our representative. You will then drive to Manali (approximately 14 hours journey from Delhi). Upon arrival, check in to the hotel for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, check in to the hotel and proceed to visit

  • Hadimba Temple,
  • Club House,
  • Old Manali,
  • Van Vihar,
  • Tibetan Buddhist Monastery,
  • Mall Road,
  • Manu Temple (by walk). 

In the evening, return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

  • After breakfast, drive to Solang Valley.
  • Enjoy a short trek to Anjani Mahadev Temple.

  • Air conditioning will not work in hilly areas.

  • Check-in and check-out times at most hotels are at 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, respectively.
  • Rooms are subject to availability in hotels; base-category rooms will be reserved in all packages.
  • The guest is required to settle payments directly with the hotel for early check-in and late check-out.
  • Meal timings must be followed as per the hotel's instructions; we shall not be responsible for any unavailable meals.
  • If there are multiple pickups and drops, please inform us before booking, as pickups and drops will only be at one point.
  • In case rooms are not available in the mentioned hotels, accommodations will be provided in similar category hotels.
  • We will not be liable for any delays caused by natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, transportation breakdowns, weather, illness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest, or any other incidents.
  • In some hilly areas, driving after sunset and playing music is not allowed due to safety concerns. Kindly cooperate with this policy.
  • The above quotation is only an offer and not a confirmation of your bookings. If we are unable to secure the original hotels, we will provide equivalent or alternative accommodations.
  • No refunds will be issued due to bad weather, illness, strikes, roadblocks, or any other factors beyond our control.
  • Cab charges will be calculated based on your itinerary; if you arrive at the airport or railway station after 12:00 PM on the last day, you will incur additional charges.
  • Booking & Payment Policy
    • Pay 20% of the total amount as an advance to confirm the package.
    • Pay 40% of the total package as a second installment.
    • Pay the remaining balance during the trip according to the details provided.
    • The advance amount is non-refundable. It can be adjusted for another trip.
    • Note: Guests who book hotels of a higher category must pay 50% of the booking amount for confirmation.
    • It is important to note that the company will not be responsible for transfers of money to an employee's personal account.
  • Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellation fees for land packages and/or services are as follows:
      • 30 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour cost.
      • 30-20 days prior to arrival – 75% of the tour cost.
      • 20-10 days prior to arrival – 90% of the tour cost.
      • Less than 7 days prior to arrival – No refund.
    • The advance amount is non-refundable. It can be adjusted for another trip.
    • For any train or flight tickets involved, the refund will be applicable as per the cancellation policy advised at the time of booking.
    • Deposits on tours with special offers are non-refundable.

Honestly, what I liked most was that everything was exactly as promised. The hot (Read More)els were the same as discussed, the cab was good, pickups and drops were always on time, and our driver was very helpful throughout the journey. Our trip executive was also very supportive and always available whenever we had any questions. Because of that, we could enjoy the trip without any stress.
Hotel food and service could be a little better. Also, it would be helpful if th (Read More)e driver gave more detailed instructions about each destination, such as how much time is usually needed, the important spots to cover, and the reporting timings. That would make the sightseeing experience even smoother for travelers.

Today I completed Manali and shimla trip through Travelhubin best part I liked a (Read More)bout their his Cab Driver through the journey he is superb at is work main positive thing. In shimla i disappointed with the room I got worst Hotel but when I checked in manali for 3 days I really liked the Hotel their food, room and everything is superb I don't saw their support in this process but Cab Driver helped me a lott everytime I prefer him only.
Alloted rooms could be far better in shimla and correct planning was missed in t (Read More)his trip.

Excellent Family Trip Experience with The Himalayan Safar We had an amazing fam (Read More)ily trip, and everything was very well planned and organized by Jagdish Ji and The Himalayan Safar. All our queries, even the smallest ones, were answered promptly before the tour started, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. The cab was clean and well-maintained, and our driver was extremely polite, soft-spoken, punctual, and drove safely throughout the journey. All the hotels were excellent, highly rated, and had a family-friendly atmosphere. The food at every stay was delicious and of very good quality. Our kids enjoyed the trip a lot, and thankfully none of us experienced altitude or mountain sickness during the journey. The most impressive part of the service was the daily follow-up. Every morning and evening, Jagdish Ji checked in with us to ensure everything was going smoothly and also briefed us about the next day's plan. This level of care and personal attention made the trip completely stress-free. Everything was well managed, on time, and exactly as promised.
