Day 1 Arrival Delhi - Nainital (287Km/07hrs approx.)
- Arrival in Delhi; meet our driver at Delhi Airport/Railway Station.
- Proceed to Nainital.
- Upon arrival, check in to the hotel.
- After refreshing, enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Nainital.
Day 2 Nainital Sightseeing
- Morning after breakfast, we will proceed to visit Nainital for sightseeing.
- Visit Naina Devi Temple.
- Explore Nainital Zoo.
- Enjoy the Eco Garden.
- Stroll along Mall Road, which runs alongside Nainital Lake. This road was constructed by the British and connects the two main ends of Nainital City: Mallital and Tallital.
- Next, we will visit Barapatthar, Sariyatal, and a waterfall.
- Afterward, you can enjoy a boat ride with your family on Naini Lake and appreciate the natural beauty.
- Return to the hotel, refresh, have dinner, and enjoy an overnight stay in Nainital.
Day 3 Nainital – Corbett Sightseeing (65km/03-04hrs approx.)
- Today morning, after breakfast, check out from the hotel.
- Proceed towards Corbett.
- Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and take some rest.
- Visit Garjiya Devi Temple, Kosi River, and the local market.
- Later, drive back to the hotel.
- After refreshing, enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Corbett.
Day 4 Corbett Safari – Delhi Drop (213km/05-06hrs approx.)
- Enjoy an early morning safari deep in the forest to spot Bengal tigers in their natural environment (extra charges apply).

BOOKING POLICY:
- Booking Amount (30 or more days before departure): 25% of package cost or Actual Liability.
- 29 - 15 days before departure or before applying for the visa: 50% of package cost or Actual Liability.
- 14 - 08 days before departure: 100% of package cost or Actual Liability.
- The infrastructure in these areas is not well developed, and you should not expect or compare it with other developed destinations. There is often a shortage of water and power in this region, so you may encounter situations where water is supplied on a timed basis - from morning to evening.
- In this region, not all hotels have generator facilities. In case of a power failure, the hotel will provide candlelight.
- For all contracted services, a certain advance payment must be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis. The balance can be paid upon arrival in India (Uttarakhand) but must be settled before the commencement of services. Management reserves the right to determine the advance payment amount based on the nature of the service and the time remaining before service commencement. In some cases, such as journeys, hotel, or resort bookings during peak seasons (Christmas, New Year), full payment is required in advance.
- Please note that after finalizing the tour/service cost, if there are any increases in entrance fees for monuments/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the Government of India, these will be charged as extra.
- For all complaints, suits, claims, or disputes of any nature relating to any products offered by the company, the exclusive jurisdiction will be the Court of Uttarakhand.
- Rates mentioned in the package are valid for Indian nationals only unless specified otherwise in the quotation.
- The quotation provided is without any confirmed reservations in airlines or hotels. Once the quotation is accepted by the guest and the advance amount is deposited via IMPS/NEFT/AC Transfer/Cash deposit, the reservation process will begin. If we cannot secure confirmation, the deposited amount will be refunded to the guest.
- Once the package is confirmed, full payment must be made either through online transaction or cash at the time all travel documents are delivered to the guest. For packages booked under our Airline Group Packages, airline tickets may be delivered two days before the group's departure.
- Base category rooms will be booked at the hotels specified in the quotation upon confirmation. If rooms are not available in the selected hotel, similar accommodations will be booked based on availability, and any price difference will be payable by the guest.
- Any date amendments in the air tickets will be treated as cancellations, and new tickets will be issued at the applicable fare at the time of issuance. Cancellation charges will apply for the cancelled tickets as per airline policy.
- If any modifications are made to the date or itinerary, the guest must inform us in writing, and revised confirmation will depend on the availability of the requested hotels on the new dates. If the guest wishes to cancel their tour in this situation, the cancellation policy will apply.
- No refund will be given for unused services in the tour package. Whether or not to take the service is at the discretion of the guest.
- 100% payment must be made by the guest upon arrival before the commencement of travel.
- Please carry valid proof of identity (passport for international travel) with a photograph, as it is required at the airport and during hotel check-in. PAN card is not a valid identity proof, so please do not carry it.
- In case of non-availability of a hotel, a similar category hotel will be provided, and the operator is authorized to change the hotel if necessary.
- Most hotels have check-in after 2 PM and check-out by 12 PM. The number of meals, including breakfast, is always commensurate with the number of nights booked. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
- The tour operator is authorized to change the route or itinerary if required.
- Violation of company policy or misbehavior with any employee of the company will lead to cancellation of the package without any refund.
- For early check-in and late check-outs, payments must be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
- In case of international travel, rates may vary depending on availability, changes in the rate of exchange, or other fluctuations in the international market.
- Please read the email carefully and understand the contents and prices. All email conversations after booking will also form part of your contract with us.
- Please take care of your belongings before leaving the car or hotel. The company is not responsible for any loss.
- As directed by the Government of India, all Indian/foreign nationals are required to produce proper proof of identity at check-in. Valid identification documents include: passport and visa together, voter ID card, or current driver's license. All documents must include a photograph.
- Non-submission of valid ID proof may lead to denial of stay in hotel/camp or any kind of accommodation. The company is not responsible for any issues related to ID proof.
- For extra adults, many hotels provide an extra mattress instead of an extra bed. Kindly inform us in advance if you prefer only an extra bed instead of an extra mattress.
- It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have any allergies (especially food-related) or serious health issues, please inform us in advance.
- Many small hotels/resorts do not have lifts, so kindly inform us in advance if you are not comfortable with stairs.
- Generally, hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs, and check-out time is 11:00 hrs across India. Confirmed early check-in or late check-out will incur additional charges if not included in the cost. Kindly contact the hotel directly if you want complimentary early check-in or late check-out.
- Many hotels charge extra for room heaters or Wi-Fi. Normal packages do not include these, so such charges should be paid at the hotels.
- If meals are included in the package, they will be served on a set menu basis in a buffet menu/fixed meal credit. Any items not included in the ideal buffet/fixed menu will be charged extra at the time of consumption. Hotels decide the menu and options for items. Some hotels have a meal credit policy instead of a buffet or fixed menu during low occupancy; this meal credit amount is determined by hotel management. If bills exceed the given meal credit amount, the extra amount should be paid directly at the respective hotel. Room service for food or packing is charged extra at many hotels.
- Due to any reason, if a vehicle breaks down due to technical issues, we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for major problems. For minor issues that do not take much time, the vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
- We shall not be responsible for any delays and alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest, or any such incidents.
- The driver will not drive in no-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads that could create traffic jams. The normal working hours of the driver are 12 hours; if you require services for more than 12 hours in a day, kindly inform us in advance.
- In some hilly areas, driving after sunset and playing music is not allowed due to safety concerns. Kindly cooperate.
- Air conditioning will not work in all hilly areas or in stopped/parked vehicles.
- The pick-up and drop-off point will be one only (if multiple pickups and drops are required, please mention this in the email conversation before booking).
- If you want multiple visits to a particular place, kindly mention this in advance, as some places have very high parking charges.
- The tour destination/route cannot be changed without prior notice (amended route and tour destination rates may change).
- If your booked car is not available, we reserve the right to provide a similar car after discussion with the guest.
- The rates are subject to change depending on fluctuations in diesel/petrol prices in India. If prices increase by more than 5% from the time of booking, we will adjust the rates even if they were confirmed earlier.
- At many tourist destinations/hill stations, some roads/markets have ?NO ENTRY? for all/some larger tourist vehicles, depending on the destination and time restrictions. In such cases, guests will need to manage alternative transport at an additional cost, which is not included in the ideal package.
- Sometimes, the vehicle parking area is a little far from the sightseeing spots. In that case, guests need to reach the parking area at their own cost.
- The vehicle will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and within city limits or as mentioned in the itinerary. For additional sightseeing, off-route sightseeing, or sightseeing not within city limits, kindly contact the company. Refunds are not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered.
- If you want some excursions, kindly inform the company in advance or discuss these matters with the company rather than the driver. All nearby sightseeing points should be covered together. However, in case of issues with a particular place, we can make adjustments.
- No refund for short stays or unused facilities.
- No cancellation or refund will be made if the situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslides, climatic conditions, or any other natural disasters, fires, embargoes, acts or decisions of government, political or national crises, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism, or other similar causes, strikes, or problems with airlines, railways, buses, hotels, or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations, or any situation beyond our control.
- The company is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, deaths, or theft of persons or property during the course of the tour.
- The company expressly disclaims any implied warranties imposed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country other than India. The compnay considers itself subject only to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, India.
- By accepting this quotation, you acknowledge that you have read the complete package information and agree to the booking terms and conditions, payment policy, and cancellation policy. You accept the tour package and confirm that it fits within your budget and requirements.
