  • Landslides/Rerouting: If routes change due to landslides or government guidelines, any additional costs incurred must be paid by the guest at the point of change.
  • Unforeseen Expenses: Costs arising from natural calamities such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances, etc., are to be borne by the client and payable on the spot.
  • Booking to 60 days prior: 50% package fee charged.
  • 60 to 30 days prior: 70% package fee charged.
  • 30 to 15 days prior: 95% package fee charged.
  • Within 15 days / No Show: 100% Non-refundable.
