- Start your thrilling safari with a convenient pickup to our office at around 7:00 AM, depending on your hotel location or flight time.
- After a brief orientation and payment, proceed to our assembly point to meet your guide and the rest of the group.
- At 8:30 AM, embark on a scenic journey towards the Masai Mara.
- Stop briefly at the breathtaking Great Rift Valley viewpoint for stunning panoramic views and photo opportunities.
- At around 1:30 PM, arrive at your camp/lodge for a relaxing lunch and a refreshing break.
- Around 4:00 PM, proceed on an exhilarating afternoon game drive, searching for the 'Big Five' (lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, buffalo) and other incredible wildlife.
- Drive back to your camp/lodge to enjoy a delicious dinner and an overnight stay.
- This is a busy day!
- After a hearty early morning breakfast, armed with our picnic lunch, embark on a thrilling game drive through the heart of the Masai Mara, renowned for its vast herds of wildebeest and zebras.
- The morning light is ideal for spotting wildlife as they become active, and you may have the opportunity to witness the iconic sunrise while in the park.
- As you explore the diverse landscapes of the park, keep your eyes peeled for the 'Big Five' and a variety of other wildlife, including cheetahs, hyenas, and giraffes.
- At around midday, enjoy a leisurely picnic lunch amidst the stunning savanna, surrounded by the sounds of nature.
- After lunch, continue your wildlife adventure, possibly witnessing the dramatic Mara River crossings (seasonal - happens between July and September).
- Return to your camp/lodge for another memorable dinner and share stories of your incredible day with fellow travelers.
- Dinner and your overnight stay will be at your camp/lodge.
- After breakfast, immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage of the Maasai people with a visit to a traditional Maasai village (optional activity $10 to $20 paid at the village).
- This unique experience offers a glimpse into their authentic way of life, where you'll witness their vibrant traditions, intricate beadwork, and harmonious coexistence with nature.
- You'll have the opportunity to interact with the friendly Maasai people, learn about their customs and beliefs, and even participate in traditional dances and songs.
- It's a truly unforgettable cultural encounter that will leave a lasting impression on both you and the host community.
- Check out at around 9:00 AM and drive back to Nairobi with a lunch stop.
- You'll be arriving in Nairobi at around 3:30 PM, where we will drop you back at your hotel with incredible memories of your Masai Mara adventure.
