Day 1 Delhi - Manali Tour
- Arrive at Delhi airport or railway station.
- Reach R.K. Ashram by 4:00 PM.
- Proceed to Manali by Volvo.
- Enjoy an overnight journey by Volvo.
Day 2 Manali (Arrival) – Local Sightseeing
- Check into the hotel (check-in time: 12:00 noon; pre-check-in is subject to room availability).
- After freshening up, visit the following attractions:
- Hadimba Devi Temple
- Vashisht Village
- Tibetan Monastery
- Club House
- Van Vihar
- Evening free to explore the shopping mall in Manali.
- Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 Solang Valley/Rohtang Pass Tour (As per NGT Permits)
- After breakfast, drive to Rohtang Pass (up to the snow line in case Rohtang Pass is closed due to snowfall).
- Full day excursion visiting:
- Kothi Village
- Gulaba
- Marhi
- Rohtang Pass (permitted by Border Security Force)
- If a Tuesday falls on this day, guests will be taken to the snow point on another day.
- Enjoy skiing (subject to snow) on a direct payment basis.
- After Rohtang Pass, visit Solang Valley for adventure activities.
- Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 Manali – Kullu - Nagar Tour
- After breakfast, drive for an excursion to Kullu.
- Enjoy river rafting.
- Visit a shawl factory.
- Visit the Vaishno Devi Temple.
- Visit Naggar Castle.
- Return to Manali in the evening to explore the town on your own.
- Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5 Manali – Delhi overnight journey
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel.
- Enjoy shopping on Mall Road.
- In the afternoon, drop off at the Manali Volvo Bus Stand.
Day 6 Delhi
- Early morning drop-off at Kashmiri Gate ISBT for your onward journey.
- The tour concludes with sweet memories.

Package Policies
- Welcome drinks on arrival at hotels (non-alcoholic).
- Three nights’ accommodation on a twin-sharing basis.
- Three breakfasts and three dinners at the hotel and camp.
- All local sightseeing by an individual taxi (AC Volvo + cab).
- Three Volvo tickets from Delhi to Manali and from Manali to Delhi.
- Hotel drop-off from the bus station.
- Check-in and check-out time: 12:00 noon.
- Inclusive of all taxes (parking, toll tax, luxury tax, green tax, fuel expenses, and driver expenses, etc.) and 5% Goods and Services Tax on the total bill.
- Any monument entry fees or camera fees.
- Any meals not mentioned above.
- Any guide charges.
- Any air or train fare.
- Any heater charges.

- Accommodation will be provided in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or similar hotels.

- Air conditioning will not work in hill stations.

- The above quotation is only an offer and not a confirmation of your bookings. If we are unable to secure the original hotels, we will provide equivalent or alternative hotels.
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other service due to bad weather, ill health, strikes, roadblocks, or any other factors beyond our control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- Base category rooms will be provided in every package category.
- An extra bed means an extra mattress.
- Heater charges are extra.
- The car may or may not have power windows.
- In case the vehicle is not allowed to go to Rohtang Pass due to any new guidelines proposed by the NGT (National Green Tribunal) or the Supreme Court, we will not be responsible in any case.
- If vehicles are allowed to go to Rohtang Pass, the guest will have to bear the expenses on their own if they wish to go to Rohtang Pass.
- For cancellations made more than 20 days before the check-in date, a service charge of Rs. 500 per person per night will apply as cancellation charges. Alternatively, guests can redeem the advanced paid amount for a future booking, valid for up to 1 year.
- For cancellations made between 7 days and 20 days before the check-in date, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total stay.
- For cancellations made on the check-in date and up to 7 days before the check-in date, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total stay.
- All group bookings (10 room nights and above) will be non-refundable.
- There will be no refunds for no-shows and early check-outs.
- Guests will be responsible for any damages or incidentals during the tour. Please provide a credit card or an appropriate payment option as a guarantee for incidentals, as per the respective policy.
- Terms & Conditions:
- No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours, or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
- Room allocation is done by the hotel depending on availability at the time of check-in in the category of room specified on your confirmation voucher.
- No refund shall be claimed if the services and amenities of the hotel were not up to your expectations; this will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
