Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Delhi-Manali (Overnight Journey)
  • Upon arrival at Delhi Railway Station or Airport, proceed to ISBT Kashmiri Gate.
  • Board the evening Luxury Volvo Bus at 5:30 PM for a 15-hour overnight journey to Manali.
  • Check into the hotel and rest.
  • Visit the following attractions:
    • Hadimba Temple
    • Club House
    • Old Manali
    • Tibetan Buddhist Monastery
    • Mall Road
    • Manu Temple
  • Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
  • After breakfast, drive to Solang Valley.
  • Trek to Anjani Mahadev Temple.
  • Later, visit Vashisht.
  • Trek to Jogini Waterfall.
  • Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
  • After breakfast, check out from the hotel by 11:00 AM.
  • Spend time at the market.
  • Head to the Volvo station at 5:00 PM for the overnight journey back to Delhi.

  • Welcome drinks upon arrival.
  • Includes morning tea, 2 breakfasts, and 2 dinners.
  • 2 nights of hotel accommodation in Manali.
  • 2 overnight journeys by Volvo from Delhi to Manali and back.
  • Volvo tickets included for both journeys.
  • All sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary will be conducted by a personal cab.
  • Taxes included: Toll Tax, Parking Fee, Green Tax, Driver & Fuel Expenses, etc.
  • 5% GST applicable on online payments.
  • Room heater charges are extra.
  • Guide charges, camera fees, and monument fees are not included.
  • Entry fees for all tourist attractions mentioned in the itinerary are not included.
  • All activities are at your own cost.
  • All personal expenses and optional tours not included in the itinerary are excluded.
  • Extra charges apply for repeat destinations.
  • Atal Tunnel and Rohtang Pass incur additional costs, subject to weather conditions and permission.
  • Anything not mentioned in inclusions is excluded.
  • Air conditioning will not work in hilly areas.
  • During your trip, please bring a valid form of identification (Aadhar card, voter card, or driving license) with you.
  • Check-in and check-out times at most hotels are at 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, respectively.
  • Rooms are subject to availability in hotels; base-category rooms will be reserved in all packages.
  • The guest is required to settle payments directly with the hotel for early check-in and late check-out.
  • Meal timings must be followed as per the hotel's instructions; we shall not be responsible for any unavailable meals.
  • If there are multiple pickups and drops, please inform us before booking, as pickups and drops will only be at one point.
  • In case rooms are not available in the mentioned hotels, accommodations will be provided in similar category hotels.
  • We will not be liable for any delays caused by natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, transportation breakdowns, weather, illness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest, or any other incidents.
  • In some hilly areas, driving after sunset and playing music is not allowed due to safety concerns. Kindly cooperate with this policy.
  • The above quotation is only an offer and not a confirmation of your bookings. If we are unable to secure the original hotels, we will provide equivalent or alternative accommodations.
  • No refunds will be issued due to bad weather, illness, strikes, roadblocks, or any other factors beyond our control.
  • Cab charges will be calculated based on your itinerary; if you arrive at the airport or railway station after 12:00 PM on the last day, you will incur additional charges.
  • Booking & Payment Policy
    • Pay 20% of the total amount as an advance to confirm the package.
    • Pay 40% of the total package as a second installment.
    • Pay the remaining balance during the trip according to the details provided.
    • The advance amount is non-refundable but can be adjusted for another trip.
    • Note: Guests who book hotels of a higher category must pay 50% of the booking amount for confirmation.
    • It is important to note that the company will not be responsible for transfers of money to an employee's personal account.
  • Cancellation Policy
    • Cancellation fees for land packages and/or services are as follows:
      • 30 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour cost.
      • 30-20 days prior to arrival – 75% of the tour cost.
      • 20-10 days prior to arrival – 90% of the tour cost.
      • Less than 7 days prior to arrival – No refund.
    • The advance amount is non-refundable but can be adjusted for another trip.
    • For any train or flight tickets involved, the refund will be applicable as per the cancellation policy advised at the time of booking.
    • Deposits on tours with special offers are non-refundable.

The trip was excellent baring last day hotel(Aura Bliss) experience at Delhi . Auditi madam's coordination with us daily simply superb. Since we are senior citizens, she took extra care to complete the tour "successfully. I will definitely tell my dear & near one to undertake Himachal tour with the help of Aditi & Royal Adventure. In addition cab driver Ajay Kumar is excellent. He is one of those (Read More) trusted & well behaved guys with whom we can travel thousands of miles.
Last day 20/11 accommodation at Aura Bliss hotel in Delhi was not good at all. In on e sentence "All that glitters are not gold"
