Day 1 Departure from Delhi

  • Overnight journey from Delhi to Manali in an A/C traveler/bus.
  • Enjoy the overnight journey and arrive in the Himalayas the next morning.
  • Arrive in Manali and rest for a while before preparing for a half-day sightseeing tour.
  • Visit the Hadimba Devi Temple, a wooden temple dedicated to Goddess Hadimba, surrounded by cedar forests.
  • Explore the Buddhist Monastery, a beautiful and peaceful place in Manali.
  • Proceed to the Club House for recreational activities such as river crossing, boating, and indoor games.
  • Next, visit Van Vihar, a mini forest in Manali filled with beautiful trees and flowers.
  • Explore the Mall Road, the local market in Manali.
  • Return to your hotel in the evening.
  • Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Manali.
  • After a hearty breakfast, depart from your hotel to Solang Valley.

In case of cancellation of the trip, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers or contractors we patronize. In case of cancellation of any services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reason(s) we must be notified of the same via e-mail prior to the arrival.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made prior to the arrival dates.

Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your request e-mail to cancel the package and cancellation charges would be as follows:-

30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost.

29 - 10 days before departure: 50% of total cost.

Less than 10 days before departure: 100% of total cost.

In case of cancellation for Christmas and New Year period i.e. during 20th Dec to 05th Jan, the payment is non-refundable.
