The way you are posting your reviews/ complaints on the different websites this not a way & we are all the time in contact with you. And we called you for the follow-up then you didn’t tell u (Read More)s about your driver & the driver was local from Himachal. And we had also give you the hotels at every place & only in the one hotel you didn’t checked & the hotelier called you & our Representative Of Sangla Hotel Mr. Naresh Jistu called you & asked from that at what time you will be arriving in the Hotel & you said that I am not coming & I Have to look after to my family. I am not able to check –In I have taken Hotel by myself here. And after reaching at your home you had posted a Letter to Himachal Tourism that your trip was not good With MMH. In which you had mentioned below points,
1. The driver was stopped the cab at Chandigarh Nearby Suraj Theatre & spent 15 Min. with a chat with his Friend
Answer for that: - Now the driver can’t stop the car on the way & he has no write to talk with any one if he is with you. So, this is not a way Sir.
2. In the next Point you said that Driver has stopped cab near by the road side Dhabha for Breakfast.
Answer for that: - Now the driver can’t stop the car for Breakfast also even if he will feel Hungry. He has no right to have his food Even.
3. We reached at Shimla near by 4 PM after that there was Heavy Traffic Jam over the Road & unnecessary time was waste on the way.
Answer for that:- Sir, As you know very Shimla is Crowed city & if there was a Traffic Jam Over the Road then No one can do anything. And driver can’t move his car without the permission of Traffic Police.
4. The Agent told us over the Phone that go to Mall road by Walk from the Hotel.
Answer for that:- Sir, We never said our clients to Go Mall Road by walk as we know that Most of the peoples came here in Shimla from the Plain Areas & Shimla is a Hill area. So, they don’t have habbit of walking here in Hill Area. We usually suggest our Guest to Go Mall by Lift, not by walk.
5. After crossing Parwanoo the driver suddenly stopped the car & hired another car & dropped us to Chandigarh.
Answer for that:- The driver Rinku has Hired a car for dropping you to Chandigarh, that is ok but he has just shifted to you to another car there was no irresponsible approach by him. If he has done something with you that means he stopped the car mid way or on the way & asked you to go back to Chandigarh by your own then I can understand. But he has properly arranged the cab for you & shifted to you to another cab.
6. After Reaching Shimla, the Agent Never called me & asked me about my tour conditions, if any.
Answer for that:- Sir, up to when you are in Shimla, we called you Ms. Jyoti Called you for the follow-up & even you had also called her for the details of Hotels. Ms. Jyoti had given you all the details about the hotels. And when you reached in the Hotel Tab Exotic you called us & said that the hoteliers was not going to give you good Rooms & immediately we called to the Manager there Mr. Hitender and he was not there but he asked his staff to have words with you & they changed your room, even they had given you 01 cottage at that time , but you was not satisfied from that also & again you called us back & said that the cottage was also not good & we are lonely here.
7. Every time I called them to intimate the problems & the Agent always denied agreeing on it.
Answer for that:- Sir, whenever you called us, we always picked up your calls & revert to you all the time.
8. They took the full amount before the trip & Skipped many places .
Answer for that:- Sir, As you know very well that on the very first on the staring of your tour you have to clear full payment of your tour. If you had given money to us then we had booked Hotels & Cab for you & you had availed services from us.
9. When Miss. Radha called you on that time your tour was completed & she told only that now your tour was completed , so why you had not told us all the thing that happened with you when you was on your tour.
