Package Policies
- Accommodation (with Deluxe room category) for 3 nights on a double/twin-sharing basis.
- 3 buffet breakfasts and 3 dinners at the hotel restaurant (as per the hotel meal standards).
- All transport and sightseeing, as mentioned in the itinerary, will be provided by a private cab from Delhi to Delhi.
- Pick-up and drop-off at Delhi Airport/Railway Station respectively.
- Parking, toll tax, luxury tax, green tax, fuel expense, and driver expense, etc.
- 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax).
- Heater charges are extra and will be payable directly at the hotel.
- The quote does not include any other expenses of a personal nature, such as portage at hotels/train stations, wines, mineral water, tips, room service, food & drink, laundry, telephone bills, etc., not specified in the itinerary, and anything not specified under ‘Tour Inclusions.’
- Any incidental expenses not mentioned in ‘Tour Inclusions’ above will have to be paid directly.
- Any adventure activities such as skiing, paragliding, etc.
- Any monument entry fees, camera fees, and guide charges.
- Base category rooms are quoted in the package. If room upgrades are needed, a supplement cost will be applicable.
- Rates quoted above are net and non-commissionable.
- We are not holding reservations, and the same would be subject to availability at the time of booking.

- Extra bed means an extra mattress.
- A.C. will not work in hill stations.

- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel directly. You can contact/request the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.
- In case the vehicle is not allowed to go to Rohtang Pass or any restricted areas by any kind of new guidelines proposed by NGT (National Green Tribunal)/Supreme Court, Travel Xpert will not be responsible in such cases.

- Token amount will not be refundable.
- 25% cancellation charges will be applicable if the booking is canceled between 30 to 15 days from the date of travel.
- 50% cancellation charges will be applicable if the booking is canceled between 14 to 8 days from the date of travel.
- 100% cancellation charges will be applicable if the booking is canceled between 7 to 0 days from the date of travel.
- Refund is not applicable in case of a “No Show.”
- Air tickets, train tickets, Volvo tickets, and safari charges are non-refundable once issued.
