- Free Cancellation: Bookings cancelled 14 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a 100% refund (minus a nominal 3% processing fee).
- Partial Refund: Bookings cancelled between 7 and 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% of the total booking value.
- No Refund: Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date, or in the case of a No-Show, are entirely non-refundable. 100% of the booking value will be forfeited.
2. Peak Season & Holiday Bookings
- For high-demand travel periods (including but not limited to: October 1st – January 15th, Independence Day week, Diwali week, and Easter/Spring breaks), all bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-amendable from the time of reservation.
