Day 1 Arrival in Delhi - Agra
- You are expected to reach Delhi by late morning.
- You will be received by our representatives and escorted to Agra.
- Start your day with a trip to the Taj Mahal.
- The Taj Mahal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a symbol of love (please note that the Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays).
- It was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal.
- The white marble structure looks stunning in the early morning light.
- Capture some great moments of the ray reflections on the Taj Mahal during sunrise.
- After visiting the beautiful monument, return to your hotel for breakfast.
- Next, get ready to visit the majestic Agra Fort, another important architectural marvel of the Mughal dynasty.

- Albert Museum: Stop for 30 minutes. This site is one of the best locations for photography.
- City Palace of Jaipur: Stop for 60 minutes (Admission excluded). This beautiful structure serves as the residence of the royal family of Jaipur. Compared to other sites, the architecture of the palace is unique and renowned for its exquisite artwork.
- Jantar Mantar ? Jaipur: Stop for 60 minutes (Admission excluded). The Jantar Mantar is a monument in Jaipur, Rajasthan, featuring a collection of nineteen architectural astronomical instruments.

- Surcharges may apply on long weekends, Christmas, New Year, and holidays.
- Lunch and dinner are not included.
- The cab is for a specific time; once all sightseeing is finished, the cab driver will drop you at the hotel.
- The cab is not for personal use.
- Any extra sightseeing or places the traveler wants to visit will incur additional charges as per the sightseeing.
- 5% GST is not included.
- Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is solely at the discretion of the hotel.
- A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant will be provided with a mattress or rollaway bed.
- The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
- For any paid activity that is non-operational due to unforeseen reasons, we will process a refund, which should reach the guest within 30 days of processing.
- No refund will be processed for any complimentary activity that is not charged to the agency or guest.
- Air conditioning will not be functional in cool or hilly areas.
- Entrance fees, parking, and guide charges are not included in the packages.
- If your flights involve a combination of different airlines, you may need to collect your luggage upon arrival at the connecting hub and re-register it while checking in for your onward journey.
- Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Pricing is based on the age of the passengers. Please ensure you enter the correct age of passengers at the time of booking. Passengers providing incorrect age details may incur penalties while traveling.
- In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangements for alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
- If your package needs to be canceled due to natural calamities or weather conditions, we will strive to provide the maximum possible refund, subject to agreements with our trade partners/vendors.
- Our travel agency reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point due to reasons including, but not limited to, force majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation/re-routing of flights, or closure/entry restrictions at a place of visit. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we will not be held liable for any refunds or compensation claims arising from this.
- Certain hotels may request a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out, subject to the hotel?s policy.
- The booking price does not include expenses of a personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage, camera fees, etc.
- Any other items not mentioned under inclusions are not included in the cost of the booking.
- The package price does not include special dinners or mandatory charges levied by the hotels during New Year, Christmas, or any special occasions. We will try to communicate this while booking the package; however, we may not always have this information readily available.
- The cost of deviation and the cost of extending the validity of your ticket are not included.
- For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our cancellation policy.
- In case of road closures due to snow and slippery conditions, our vehicle will not be allowed to ply. As a precautionary measure, only snow jeeps or chained vehicles are permitted. These vehicles can be hired on a direct payment basis or arranged by us at an additional cost.
- During heavy rainfall or snowfall, vehicular movement may be suspended. Depending on weather conditions, roads may become blocked without notice. As such circumstances are beyond our control, we will not be liable for any such conditions. We will do whatever we can within our capacity.
- All tourists are required to carry valid photo IDs issued by any government institution.
- Some monuments or temples may be closed on specific days of the week or during festivals or royal ceremonies.

Our drivers deserve a special mention—they were incredibly patient and attentive to our needs. Most importantly, they prioritized our safety, navigating through zero-visibility fog with total professionalism.
The trip itself is a must-do. From the Red Fort and Taj Mahal to Fatehpur Sikri and the stunning forts in Jaipur and Ajmer, every location was breathtaking. The travel between cities was very comfortable as the majority of the route stays on well-maintained highways. Highly recommended!

Prakash and the team worked with me to develop a personalised itinerary including car transport, hotels and tour guides across 16 days which we were able to iterate until we designed do the perfect itinerary. Importantly the final price including 5 Star accommodation was incredibly competitive and significantly below the price of similar itineraries with larger group tour operators.
In addition we had a driver, Monu , who was absolutely exceptional and made each days drive between each of our destinations both safe, engaging and enjoyable
