- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
- Bookings made within 30 days of travel require full payment upon confirmation.
- Accommodation and services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Early booking is highly recommended, especially during peak travel seasons.
- Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- More than 30 days before arrival: Deposit forfeited.
- 15–30 days before arrival: 50% of the total safari cost.
- 7–14 days before arrival: 75% of the total safari cost.
- Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total safari cost.
- Any refunds due will be processed after deducting applicable bank charges and supplier cancellation fees.
