Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Nairobi – Masai Mara

Begin your exciting safari with a scheduled pickup from your hotel or the airport around 7:00 AM, depending on your location or flight arrival time.
Head to the main departure point where you will be introduced to your guide.
Set off on a scenic drive toward the Masai Mara National Reserve, passing through the spectacular landscapes of the Great Rift Valley, with a stop at a viewpoint to capture breathtaking photos.
Arrive at your camp or lodge around 1:30 PM, where you will enjoy a warm lunch and unwind from the journey.
Later, at around 4:00 PM, embark on your first game drive, exploring the Mara in search of iconic wildlife such as elephants, lions, rhinos, leopards, and buffalo.
As the day ends, return to your accommodation for a hearty dinner and a restful night in the wild.

Day 2 Masai Mara – Full-Day Game Drive

Get ready for a full day of adventure!
After an early breakfast, pack your picnic lunch and set off for a full-day exploration of the Masai Mara.
Early mornings are perfect for catching predators on the move and soaking in the stunning sunrise over the plains.
As you explore, you'll encounter a variety of wildlife, including the Big Five, cheetahs, hyenas, and graceful giraffes roaming the grasslands.
At midday, break for a relaxed picnic lunch in the bush, surrounded by the sounds of nature.
Continue with an afternoon game drive, possibly witnessing dramatic moments such as the wildebeest migration river crossings (seasonal between July and September).
Return to camp or lodge in the evening to enjoy dinner and share your experiences from the day.
Overnight at your accommodation.

Day 3 Masai Mara to Nakuru – Optional Cultural Visit or Boat Ride

After breakfast, you may choose to participate in a visit to a local Maasai village ($10-$20 per person, payable on-site).
This cultural tour offers a meaningful look into Maasai traditions, including their distinct clothing, dances, and way of life.
Engage with community members and learn about their relationship with wildlife and the land.
Around 9:00 AM, check out and begin the drive to Nakuru, passing through Naivasha.
Enjoy lunch along the way.
If interested, you can opt for a boat ride on Lake Naivasha for an up-close view of hippos and birds (approximately $20 per person; please inform your guide in advance).
You will arrive in Nakuru around 5:30 PM, where you will check in to your hotel or lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4 Lake Nakuru – Nairobi

Start the day with an early morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, renowned for its vibrant birdlife, including flamingos, pelicans, ibises, and marabou storks.
Have the opportunity to spot rare black rhinos, Rothschild's giraffes, and other wildlife such as buffalo and zebras.
Visit Baboon Cliff for a panoramic view of the park and lake.
After the game drive, depart Nakuru around 11:00 AM, making a stop for lunch along the way.
Return to Nairobi by late afternoon around 4:00 PM, where you will be dropped off at the central drop-off in CBD, marking the end of your unforgettable safari experience.
