- Accommodation in specified rooms at hotels in Leh and Nubra on a double or triple sharing basis.
- Meal Plan: MAPI (Room + 5 Breakfasts + 5 Dinners).
- Inner line permit for restricted areas.
- Oxygen cylinder provided in the cab while traveling to Nubra and Pangong.
- Assistance at all arrival and departure points.
- Sightseeing as per the itinerary using a shared Non-AC Innova or Tempo Traveler.
- Travel assistance provided by experts in all locations.
- Any airfare, train fare, or overland journey not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Any medical or rescue evacuation due to mishaps.
- Any personal items such as laundry, bar bills, table bills, camera fees, tips, or any other miscellaneous expenses.

- Costs incidental to any changes in the itinerary or stay due to flight cancellations, bad weather, ill health, roadblocks, or any factors beyond our control.

- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled, and no refund will be provided for these cancellations.
- 100% cancellation fees will be charged from the total booking amount in case of last-minute booking cancellations due to flight cancellations, natural calamities, or changes in flight schedules.
- In the event of a lockdown in Ladakh due to COVID-19, a credit note will be provided, which travelers can redeem within 1 year from the date of issuance.
