- Accommodation in specified rooms at hotels in Leh and Nubra on a double or triple sharing basis.
- Meal Plan: MAPI (Room + 5 Breakfasts + 5 Dinners).
- Inner line permit for restricted areas.
- Oxygen cylinder provided in the cab while traveling to Nubra and Pangong.
- Assistance at all arrival and departure points.
- Sightseeing as per the itinerary using a shared Non-AC Innova or Tempo Traveler.
- Travel assistance provided by experts in all locations.
- Any airfare, train fare, or overland journey not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Any medical or rescue evacuation due to mishaps.
- Any personal items such as laundry, bar bills, table bills, camera fees, tips, or any other miscellaneous expenses.
- Vehicle not available at any of the locations.
- Any extra excursions or sightseeing not included in the suggested tour itinerary.
- Costs incidental to any changes in the itinerary or stay due to flight cancellations, bad weather, ill health, roadblocks, or any factors beyond our control.

- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled, and no refund will be provided for these cancellations.
- 100% cancellation fees will be charged from the total booking amount in case of last-minute booking cancellations due to flight cancellations, natural calamities, or changes in flight schedules.
- In the event of a lockdown in Ladakh due to COVID-19, a credit note will be provided, which travelers can redeem within 1 year from the date of issuance.

As per your package, you stayed for 2 nights (Read More) at Vilmaris Calangute (Superior Deluxe Room with balcony) and 2 nights at Rega Resort Candolim (Club Room with balcony), along with inclusions like a dinner cruise, North Goa tour, South Goa tour with extended cab service, and scuba diving with water sports.
As per our records and feedback from our local team, all services were delivered as planned. During your trip, you chose to skip the water sports and scuba diving activities midway. To ensure your experience remained smooth, our driver arranged additional sightseeing as a replacement, which you seemed to enjoy.
We also did not receive any complaints or concerns from your side during the entire stay regarding hotels, transport, or services. In fact, our team feedback indicated that you had a pleasant experience, especially with the sightseeing and dinner cruise.
