- Arrival in Leh in the morning and transfer to the hotel.
- Full day of rest for acclimatization to the high altitude of Leh (11,500 ft / 3,500 m).
- Overnight at the hotel.

- After descending from the pass, enjoy sightseeing in the Hunder and Diskit areas.
- Later, check into a fixed camp or hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
- After breakfast, drive to Pangong via the Shyok River.
- Enjoy the beauty of the lake while appreciating the changing colors of this fascinating high-altitude water body.
- After lunch, leave Pangong/Tangtse and retrace the route to Leh.
- Visit Hemis Monastery and Thiksey Monastery en route.

- This package includes a comprehensive tour of Ladakh, covering major attractions and providing comfortable accommodations.
- Air conditioning will not work in hilly areas.
- During your trip, please bring valid identification (Aadhar card, voter card, or driving license) with you.
- Check-in and check-out times at most hotels are at 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, respectively.
- Rooms are subject to availability in hotels; base-category rooms will be reserved in all packages.
- The guest is required to settle payments directly with the hotel for early check-in and late check-out.
- Meal timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels; we shall not be responsible for any unavailable meals.
- If there are multiple pickups and drops, please inform us before booking, as pickups and drops will only be at one point.
- In case rooms are not available in the mentioned hotels, rooms will be provided in similar category hotels.
- We will not be liable for any delays caused by natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, transportation breakdowns, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades caused by political unrest, or any other incidents.
- In some hilly areas, driving after sunset and playing music is not allowed due to safety concerns. Kindly cooperate.
- The above quotation is only an offer and not a confirmation of your bookings.
- If we are unable to secure the original hotels, we will provide equivalent or alternative hotels.
- No refund will be made due to bad weather, ill health, strikes, roadblocks, or any other factors beyond our control.
- Cab charges will be calculated based on your itinerary; if you arrive at the airport or railway station after 12:00 PM on the last day, you will have to pay extra for it.
- Confirmation will be considered only after receiving the booking amount.
- Rates may change without prior notice due to changes in government, hotelier, transport, or bike rental policies.
- Additional costs may occur for any extra stay or transportation due to roadblocks, natural causes, government restrictions, or other reasons. Members must pay the additional expenses in these situations before checkout.
- Other Charges:
- Camel Safari: INR 500 per ride
- Cultural Program: INR 10,000 per program
- Sangam to Rafting Point: INR 1,000 per vehicle
- Thangzero Point: INR 1,000 per vehicle (additional)
- Hall of Fame Light and Sound Show in the evening: INR 1,500 per vehicle
- Cancellation Policy
- 30 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour cost
- 30-20 days prior to arrival – 75% of the tour cost
- 20-10 days prior to arrival – 90% of the tour cost
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival – No refund
- The advance amount is non-refundable; it can be applied to another trip.
- The deposits on tours with special offers are non-refundable.
- For any train or flight tickets involved, the refund will be applicable as per the cancellation policy advised at the time of booking.
- Booking & Payment Policy
- Pay 20% of the initial amount as an advance to confirm the package.
- Pay 40% of the total package as a second installment.
- Pay the remaining balance during the trip according to the details provided.
- The advance amount is non-refundable; it can be adjusted for another trip.
- Note: Guests who book hotels of a higher category must pay 50% of the booking amount for confirmation.
- The company will not be responsible for transfers of money to an employee's personal account.
