I booked Spiti tour from 14th to 22nd June and was the most horrifying and unsecured experience of my life. The "free lance coordinators are abusive and insulting. We asked for better rooms and we wer (Read More)e literally stranded alone in the night on roads in Kaza. They don't book rooms in advance. After we return from site seeing they would roam around with us from one hotel to another finding rooms and finally cheap unhygienic rooms were booked stating that this was last moment bookings because they were not paid in advance, and we will have to adjust. Entire itinerary was changed and we did not get stay in Chandrataal though it was promised. We were forced to travel entire night on the worst road from Chandrataal to Manali, though 3-4 of us were critically ill. The coordinators kept shifting the blame on the sales team. They don't accompany us to the view points they just leave you alone on heights with no security or information. Every morning and evening after we used to call for food they used to arrange food. There are many more things to write. They said Kalpa was not possible as they had booked stay in Chandrataal and that never happened. Extremely insulting, abusive and unprofessional.
