Everything was excellent. I was called 2-3 times even during the trip to enquire about how things were going.
There wasn't anything to dislike.

The itinerary was well planned to allow enough time for sightseeing, relaxation, and drive-through locations.
Most of the stays had local himachali hosts, hospitality of those cannot be questioned. Each one of them pampered with great food, excellent hospitality
The quality of stays (specially for return journey stops) should have been better. The stays were either too far from cities (additional travel time) or were not maintained at all - leading to unsatisfactory experience. Some hotel rooms provided were not exactly the ones that were advertised prior booking

We encountered numerous issues during our Kashmir trip, and unfortunately, Amazing India Travels is to blame for most of them. They made several promises and presented attractive hotel options during the booking process, but the real problems began after the payment was made, and the series of issues that followed felt like opening a Pandora’s box.
• Despite confirming a good hotel before the tri (Read More)p, we were shocked to learn upon arrival in Kashmir that they had booked us into a much lower-quality hotel without informing us beforehand. This caused the trip to start on a very negative note. I had to argue extensively to have the original hotel booking reinstated, but we still had to spend the first night in a subpar hotel which was quite a bad experience
• They verbally promised a 1-hour Shikara ride and it was mentioned im itinerary as well, but once we reached Kashmir, they backtracked on this commitment saying it's not part of the inclusion list.
• The driver they provided was unprofessional and tried to alter our itinerary, falsely claiming that road blockages by security forces would cause us to miss our flight. Being in a place like Kashmir and hearing such misleading information was unsettling, to say the least.
These were just some of the major issues; there were several other problems throughout the trip.
It became evident that Amazing India Travels had no real expertise in organizing Kashmir tours. They had simply subcontracted our trip to a local operator, leaving us to deal with the consequences. It felt that they abandoned us to fend for ourselves once they received their payment.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and ruined what was supposed to be a memorable first visit to Kashmir. Instead of enjoying our trip, we spent each day dealing with unexpected problems.

Till shimla it was ok..but after that the hotel which was given Bodh International totally worthless.no satisfaction for food.this is the duty of travel agency to give good hotels. Undoubtedly the hot (Read More)el in shimla was fantastic in all perspectives.but after that journey was not worthy.our breakfast was included in hotel package but we got satisfaction outside regarding food.the most important our picking and dropping point was delhi...journey was for manali to Behror(Rajsthan) it would take 15 hours.so without breakfast at 6.45 we left the hotel to reach soon.they said that from Chandigarh car will be changed..but in too much hotness we waited there for 50 minutes..when we were calling Mohit ji disconnected the call..so
this is the not way to behave with your guests..

Outstanding service. I have availed for my family and few of close relatives for tour program within the country. But, I am overwhelmed with the service it provided even outside the country. I can des (Read More)cribe some important points: Perfect itinerary planning, reasonable price , perfect timing of all transports, excellent rooms, good food stuff, proper following -up of programs, well courteous staff, etc.
Liked everything as Hitenderji and Mohit Ji were personally taking care of all programs.

Amazing India Travels is a spam that misuses the client's trust for money. The company took Rs. 12,000 from me and has not returned the money, despite multiple reassurances given by Ms. Surekha Negi a (Read More)nd Mr. Mohit Thakur. They act like it is a favour they are doing on you by returning your OWN money, but they are nothing but thieves. Please do not book from this company, because they will take money from you, and not return it.

I had paid them 50% advance for only cab ( as opposed fto 30%) they collect . As airlines cancelled flights to shimla i wasnt able to travel . Now Mohit Thakur and Neha Mattu are not even accepting to (Read More) refund the additional 20% i paid over 30% of booking amount .never book from such small time crooks from Himachal and go for good agents . I am filing a consumer court case and also escalating to HP tourism against such unfair trade practices . Neha Mattu agreed to refund now Mohit Thakur is denying .

It was a good experience. Trip from Delhi to Shimla was good although the driver was changed. Site visits were okay. Stay was not up to mark. Morning tea was not available and the hotel was so remote (Read More)that you can't get anything in the morning.
While returning back to Delhi, the vehicle and driver were changed mid way.

Tour experience with amazing india was good, we planned a trip of Dalhousie, khajiaar, dharmshala. Cab Driver nature and behaviour was very good and he guided very well to cover all the Sightseeing pl (Read More)aces within time. Tour package was little bit expensive, bcz in package dinner was not included.

Had worst experience using amazing India travels .Mr Mohit speaks rudely with customers and finally stops picking the calls if we are raising issues.food in hidden heaven cottage was not (Read More)up to the mark . Only drivers were good . Except that rest all bad .

We booked honeymoon package in amazing India travels , hotel provided to us was "Hidden heaven cottage" but it was not heaven as the name suggests ....food was not good and menu was decided by the hot (Read More)el people according to the items they had ...cleanliness in food was also too bad ,cottage had too many rats which was making noice whole night ...overall we are not satisfied with the travels because when we complained about issues they didn't respond to it properly and as well when checking out they created issues .

The services we received from M/s Amazing India Travels, Shimla were a mix bag of good and not so good experiences. The good part was that they delivered nearly all that was committed by them and the (Read More)bad part was generally the surprises that we got in payment terms - we were asked to pay to the driver and then again to a hotel, which was actually part of their scope.
But after intervention, they apologised and the overall experince was not so bad at the end.
Quality of hotels selected were good but mostly far away from city center. food provided in each hotel was excellent.
Driver was extremely skillful in driving skills, but was generally very unfriendly and trying to create unnecessary fear for a trip/ itinerary already agreed.
