Day 1 Cochin – Munnar (130 Km)

On arrival at Cochin Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your resort in Munnar. Munnar, a picturesque hill station situated 1,600 meters above sea level, was once a summer retreat for the British administration. It retains its colonial charm and is renowned for its vast tea plantations, rolling hills, and serene valleys. Upon arrival, check into your resort and unwind amidst the breathtaking scenery.

Day 2 Munnar Sightseeing

After breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour of Munnar, exploring its stunning landscapes and natural attractions. Visit the lush Tea Gardens, Mattupetty Lake and Dam, and the scenic Echo Point, where you can experience the natural echo phenomenon. Continue to Kundale Lake and Blossom Garden before heading to Rajamalai (Eravikulam National Park), home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Spend the evening at leisure before returning to the resort for an overnight stay.

Day 3 Munnar – Thekkady (100 Km)

After breakfast, check out from the resort and drive to Thekkady, a region famous for its spice plantations and the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and take the opportunity to explore the vibrant culture of the region. Optional activities include an elephant ride through the spice gardens and attending traditional performances such as Kathakali dance and Kalarippayattu, Kerala’s martial art form. Enjoy an overnight stay at the resort in Periyar.

Day 4 Thekkady – Alleppey (140 Km)

After breakfast, check out and drive to Alleppey, a destination famous for its tranquil backwaters. If staying in a resort, explore Alleppey’s stunning attractions, including Alleppey Beach, Marari Beach, and the lush paddy fields of Kuttanadu.

Alternatively, if opting for a houseboat stay, embark on a private houseboat cruise through the scenic backwaters. The houseboat, equipped with well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, offers a unique experience with all meals included. Enjoy a peaceful ride, soaking in the beauty of Kerala’s palm-fringed landscapes. Overnight stay in a resort or onboard the houseboat.

Day 5 Alleppey – Cochin Airport / Railway station departure

After breakfast, check out from the resort or houseboat and proceed to Cochin for your departure. En route, explore the historic city of Cochin with visits to the Jewish Synagogue in Jew Town, St. Francis Church (India’s oldest European church), Santa Cruz Basilica, the Dutch Palace, and the iconic 15th-century Chinese Fishing Nets. Later, you will be dropped off at Cochin Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
