- 01 Night in Alleppey Houseboat with all meals (Lunch, Evening Tea & Snacks, Dinner, and Breakfast) – Veg/Non-Veg as per the selected menu.

- Due to contractual agreements with hotels, transport operators, and other third-party service providers, the following cancellation charges will apply based on the notice period received prior to the tour commencement date:
- 30 days or more before departure: 25% of the total tour/package cost
- 15 days before departure: 50% of the total tour/package cost
- 10 days before departure: 75% of the total tour/package cost
- 5 days or less before departure: 100% of the total tour/package cost
- The company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update its policies at any time, either before the departure date or during the tour, without prior notice.
- Confirmed bookings cancelled on arrival or refusal to check in will be treated as No-Show, and 100% retention charges will apply as per the respective hotel's cancellation policy.
- High Season & Peak Period Bookings: For bookings during Peak Season and Festive Period (20th December to 5th January), or for bookings specifically marked as "Non-Refundable" or "Peak Period" at the time of confirmation, 100% cancellation charges will apply, irrespective of the cancellation date.
- Cancellation After Tour Commencement: Once the tour has commenced, no refund will be provided for any unused services, including but not limited to:
- Accommodation
- Meals
- Sightseeing
- Transportation
- Any other prepaid services
- In exceptional circumstances, the company may, at its sole discretion, attempt to recover refundable amounts from its suppliers. However, any such refund is not guaranteed and, if approved, will be processed only after deducting applicable supplier charges and administrative expenses.
