Rooms and activities are confirmed subject to availability at the time of booking. A change in date or number of pax will attract a re-quote. The hotel's standard check-in time is 14.00-15:00 hrs, and check- out time is 11:00-12.00 hrs.

From 40 to 45 days from departure, 30% of the amount will be deducted as cancellation fee.
From 30 to 40 days from departure, 40% of the amount will be deducted as cancellation fee.
From 10 to 30 days from departure, 50% of the amount will be deducted as cancellation fee.
For less than 10 days before your departure, 100% of the amount will be deducted as cancellation fee.
For No shows, 100% of the package amount will be deducted as cancelation fee.
The cancellation charges will be calculated as per the total booking amount, irrespective of whether the full booking amount has been paid or not.
For Flights/Trains/Buses, the cancellation will be as per the cancellation policy of Airlines/Train/Transport respectively, where Convenience fees and discounts are non-refundable.
The token amount will be non-refundable if you cancel your trip after booking.
