Day 1 Cochin Airport/ Railway station to Munnar (Tree House Stay)
Upon arrival at Cochin Airport / Railway Station / Munnar, meet our driver/representative and proceed to Munnar, the green paradise of Kerala, with endless stretches of tea plantations, spice plantations, and diverse flora and fauna. Arrive in Munnar and check into a Treehouse, offering a unique stay experience amidst nature. Munnar, positioned at a height of 9000 ft above sea level, is a breathtaking hill station.
On the way, visit Periyar Spice Garden and vast tea gardens, spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometers. Overnight stay at the Treehouse.

Later, return to your resort. Overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Alleppey, the backwater capital of Kerala. On arrival, check into a traditional houseboat and enjoy a scenic cruise through rivers, canals, lagoons, and picturesque villages.

The houseboat experience includes:

After 5:30 PM, the boat will be anchored at a safe location. Spend the evening enjoying the serene beauty of the backwaters. Overnight stay at the houseboat.
After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and transfer to Fort Kochi, the Queen of the Arabian Sea.

Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Fort Kochi, visiting:

The hotel rooms in all the places were very good except the rooms in Kovalam alt (Read More)hough the hotel location in Kovalam was excellent... Also the Boathouse was very beautiful... And at night it was not parked in a congested area which was good...So, overall we had a good experience in lodging with Forido Travels and Tourism... Thank you...
If our driver was a bit interactive then our journey would have been better as i (Read More)n this tour we have sent most of our time in the road, travelling... No doubt he was well mannered and a nice person but it seemed, he was not at all interested in answering to our queries... Sometimes we keep asking him something in both English and Hindi but he doesn't even look at us... And also, most of the time he drove at a speed of 20 to 30 km/hr and he is constantly video chatting with others, so he kept on driving very slowly... Only once he drove nicely when we had to reach Alleppey from Thekkady after much request from me and my brother... Thank you...
