• All passengers must report 2 hours before departure due to security checking at the airport.
• Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. Early check-in is dependent upon room availability. Your cooperation is appreciated.
• In case of unavailability in the mentioned hotels, alternate accomodation will be arranged in a similar-category hotel. The company reserves the right to shuffle hotels according to availability.
• No vehicle is allowed to pick up guests inside the railway station/airport in Jammu; hence, our driver will coordinate with you for the same.
• No vehicle is allowed to visit Aru , Chandan wari, and Betaab Valley in Pahalgam except for local taxis and the same applies in sonamarg, The rates are highly negotiable if you wish to visit these places
• our cab will remain with you throughout the whole tour. Clients are requested to follow the timmings in the program. In case any services are missed due to a delay in departure, the operator will not be responsible for any refunds
• After check-out from the hotel or houseboat, any complaint regarding the hotel ot its service will not be assertained . You are requested to contact the person concerned for assistance immediately.
• Please note that until the booking amount is reflected in our accounts, all confirmations will be trated as tenative and may lead to booking cancellation if payment is not made by or before the due date provided
• Guests are requested not to carry post-paid SIM cards as prepaid networks do not work in Kashmir.
• Guests are requested not to carry any kind of jewelry or other expensive items; imn case of loss the company is not responsible.
• If a vehicle breaks down during the tour, travelers must wait fora repair or for another alternate option arranged by the company.

Travelers are solely responsible for any mishap, theft, loss, injuries,or illegal activites such as carrying banned drugs or engaging in unlawful activites during the tour.   

 Sightseeing Tour Note
Please be informed that commercial and private vehicles are not allowed to cover the entire movement( sightseeing of internal areas) in Sonamarg, Gulmarg, and Pahalgam due to local union restrictions in these particular places. Therefore, local vehicles can be booked by us or directly on the spot for internally mentioned places. Chained vehicles from Tangmarg to Gulmarg must be booked directly on the spot in case of heavy snow.

Booking Confirmation
You are requested to email us the options you wish to opt for so that our consultant can initiate the booking accordingly. we will send you an acknowledgment once we receive written confirmation from all the hotels/houseboats/resorts concerned. Please note that until the booking amount is reflected in our accounts, all confirmations will be treated as tentative and may lead to booking cancellation if payment is not made by or before the due date provided

 Payment Terms for Booking 
To secure your reservation, you need to pay 32% of the total invoice amount as an advance, and the remaining balance must be paid 1 day before the date of arrival. We may treat the booking as canceled if payment is not received by the due date. An additional 2% bank charge will apply if you wish to pay via card. For 4-star and 5-star properties, the total booking amount must be transferred before confirmation. Cancellation will strictly follow hotel prices.

• Cancelled 30+ Days Before Arrival: 20% of total package cost
• Cancelled 20-30 Days Before Arrival: 50% of total package cost
• Cancelled 10-19 Days Before Arrival: 70% of total package cost
• Cancelled Less than 10 Days Before Arrival : 100% of total package cost
