Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Srinagar

Arrival at Srinagar railway station. Our representative will meet and greet you and transfer you to the hotel. After check-in and refreshment, proceed for Srinagar sightseeing. Places Covered: Shankaracharya Temple, Dal Lake, and local Kashmiri cuisine like Rogan Josh or Dum Aloo. Explore Mughal Gardens: Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Garden, Chashme Shahi. Visit Shankaracharya Temple for panoramic views. Enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, see floating gardens and houseboats. Visit Old City and Pari Mahal. Shop at Kashmir Government Arts Emporium for local handicrafts. Overnight stay at Srinagar Hotel with dinner.

After breakfast, proceed to Sonamarg – the Meadow of Gold. Enjoy the spectacular mountain scenery and beautiful alpine landscapes. Activities include visiting Sonamarg Valley, Thajiwas Glacier, Zero Point, pony rides, and snow activities. Return to Srinagar in the evening. Overnight stay at Srinagar Hotel with breakfast and dinner.

After breakfast, proceed to Gulmarg, one of Kashmir's most beautiful mountain destinations. Activities include visiting Gulmarg Meadows, Gulmarg Market, St. Mary's Church, Maharani Temple, and the Gulmarg Gondola (Phase 1 & Phase 2). Enjoy snow activities and photography. Return to Srinagar in the evening. Overnight stay at Srinagar Hotel with breakfast and dinner.

After breakfast, proceed to Pahalgam – the Valley of Shepherds. Enjoy the beautiful hill station and the Lidder River. Activities include hiking, pony rides, and visiting famous spots like Betaab Valley and Aru Valley. Enjoy a picnic by the Lidder River. Return to Srinagar for overnight stay.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy some free time for shopping or leisure. Later, transfer to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey.

Great travelling experience to Srinagar. Booked hotels and cab services with GREATER ERA TOUR AND TRAVEL. Everything was nicely managed and we were provided great food. Special mention for Miss Sayma (Read More)she helped us a lot with everything we need at any place. And our cab driver Gulzar Bhai also helped us to save few bucks and properly helped us reach all places on time Thanku Kashmir, Sayma and Gulzar ji.
