Very bad experience. I was travelling with kid and the experience I had was very bad, late night the hotel owner called and asked for payment and said he will not allow us to check out. Changed hotel when we already checked in. 3 hrs we were travelling here and there in an unknown city.

We are genuinely sorry that you feel your experience was unsatisfactory. However, we would like to present the complete facts for the benefit of future travellers.
Yo (Read More)ur Rajasthan package was booked on the name of Mr. Bharat Asthana at a highly discounted price of ₹34,500 under a special corporate reference of a reputed news paper, covering Jaipur, Ajmer-Pushkar, Udaipur, Jodhpur, and Mount Abu with breakfast, dinner, and a Swift Dzire cab. As a goodwill gesture, we upgraded your vehicle to an Ertiga at no additional cost.
During your trip:
• At Mount Abu, you requested a room change as deluxe room booked was not up to the mark, which was arranged within approximately 20 minutes & upgraded to super deluxe room without changing the cost.
• At Jodhpur, you were uncomfortable due to a marriage function at the hotel. Although the hotel was functioning normally. As per your request we immediately arranged an alternate hotel after your check-in. The transfer took approximately 30 minutes as per driver. Here also family room was given without increasing the price.
Regarding the payment concern, you had requested to pay the remaining balance on last day, and we agreed to keep ₹6,000 pending. Since your Railway station drop was scheduled for 4:00 AM, we had requested that the balance be cleared with the driver on the previous day. However, only ₹4,000 was paid, leaving ₹2,000 outstanding. We made several attempts to contact you until around 10:00 PM but received no response. As your checkout was early the next morning, we requested the hotel reception to help connect us only to get update of the pending payment. Hotel reception person made a conference call. Then we told you to pay the balance at the hotel itself. Our intention was never to stop your checkout or cause distress to you or your family. We were simply trying to communicate regarding the outstanding payment after multiple unanswered calls.
We respect every customer's feedback, but we also believe it is important that the complete sequence of events is shared. Throughout your journey, we made every effort to resolve concerns promptly, upgraded your vehicle, upgraded your rooms booked even changed your hotel after check in to ensure your trip continued smoothly.
We remain committed to providing transparent service and sincerely wish you and your family the very best.

We recently visited Sikkim, and this was our first trip both to Sikkim and with Best Escape Holidays. It turned out to be an amazing experience from start to finish. A special thanks to Nikhil, who helped us with the itinerary and was very supportive throughout the planning phase. Sneha, our trip coordinator, was extremely responsive and promptly accommodated any feedback or changes we requested. (Read More) Their professionalism made the entire journey smooth and hassle-free. One suggestion to Best Escape Holidays would be to clearly recommend the minimum number of days required to cover a destination along with major attractions and activities while sharing the itinerary. It would also help to confirm upfront which bookings are to be handled by the agency and which are to be done by tourists, avoiding any last-minute confusion. Lastly, the most crucial part of any trip, the cab experience, was exceptional. Rabin Chettri Bhai was incredibly patient, took us to various sightseeing spots, and introduced us to delicious local delicacies that we still miss! Since we were traveling with an infant, there were occasional delays, but he was always understanding, supportive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. Overall, it was a remarkable and memorable experience. Thank you Best Escape Holidays for making our first Sikkim trip so special. We would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a trip!

We would also like to appreciate our cab driver, Jogender, who was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. He ensured our safety and comfort throughout the journey and made traveling between destinations enjoyable. One area where the experience could be improved is during the trip planning stage. The booking agent, Anshika, could provide more detailed guidance on which destinations are best to visit during a particular season, whether a hotel or Campsite would be a better option at each location, and how many days are ideally required to explore a place properly. In the initial part of our trip, we spent considerable time traveling between destinations and had limited time to explore some locations. More proactive recommendations regarding travel durations and suggesting an extra day where needed would help travelers make the most of their trip. Overall, Best Escape Tourist delivered a reliable, customer-focused, and memorable travel experience. Despite a few planning improvements that could be made, we had a great trip and would recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
