Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Srinagar Airport

On arrival at Srinagar Airport, our representative will meet you and transfer you to the houseboat in Srinagar.
Check in to your houseboat.
Later, visit Dal Lake to enjoy its scenic beauty and meandering rivers, pleasure gardens, and romantic Shikara rides.
Dinner and overnight at the houseboat.

Day 2 Srinagar – Pahalgam

After an early breakfast, proceed to Pahalgam, the valley of shepherds.
Drive through saffron fields and Apple Valley, passing through pine forests and along the Lidder River.
Arrive in Pahalgam after lunch.
Optional horse ride to Mini Switzerland (on direct payment basis).
Rest of the day at leisure.
Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Pahalgam.

Day 3 Pahalgam - Srinagar

After breakfast, return to Srinagar (approx. 2.5 hours journey).
Visit important sights in Srinagar: Mughal Gardens, Nishat Bagh (Garden of Pleasure), Shalimar Bagh (Garden of Love), and the Hazratbal Shrine.
Relax and enjoy the rest of the day.
Overnight stay in a deluxe hotel in Srinagar.

Day 4 Srinagar – Gulmarg

After breakfast, head to Gulmarg (approx. 2 hours journey).
Gulmarg, known as the "Meadow of Flowers," is situated at an altitude of 8,700 feet and is famous for its ski resort and world’s highest 18-hole golf course.
Enjoy the scenic view from Kongdori on a cable car ride (optional, Gondola).
Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Srinagar.

Day 5 Srinagar - Sonmarg

After breakfast, proceed to Sonmarg (approx. 2.5 hours journey).
Sonmarg, meaning "Golden Meadow," is set in the Sind Valley, surrounded by flowers and mountains.
Enjoy a horse ride up to Thajiswas Glacier and sled riding on snow (direct payment).
Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Srinagar.

Day 6 Departure

After breakfast, enjoy some local sightseeing if time permits.
Transfer to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey.
End of your trip with sweet memories.

We had an amazing trip to Kashmir with our guide, Waseem! He assisted us the entire time by providing the details we needed at each location and educating us about Kashmir's background. My family and (Read More)I went on an eight-day adventure, and it was incredible,We traveled to a few locations, including Srinagar, Houseboat , Doodthpathri, Pahalgam, Aru / Bataab Valley & Chandanwari, Gulmarg; it was an enjoyable experience, and my family enjoyed the food in Kashmir. We also got to go horseback riding , and shopping, and the people there are incredibly kind and friendly. I would suggest this to my friends, family, and anyone who is interested in travel. My family and I have been lucky enough to travel quite extensively and we feel that our Kashmir - Srinagar Tour with our Driver / Guide Mr. Zubair Ahmed was the best we have ever had on our Tour. The (Read More) whole experience from the first mail of the planning stage to farewells at Srinagar airport was faultless. Our driver Mr. Zubair Ahmed was fantastic and went way beyond all expectations to show us everything they possibly could. Excellent Service. Great service is appreciated, but excellent service deserves to be celebrated. I would certainly use Tour by Driver again. We will recommend you to our friends and family. Travelled to Srinagar on 29th November. It was a 5 day/4 night trip. Travelled with 5 family members. Contacted Mr Raies from Excellent Kashmir to organise our tour. He did all the tour package and ho (Read More)tel booking. Our guide was Mr Waseem Ahmad and driver was Mr Ubaid. They brought us around to Srinagar for sight-seeing, then to Gulmarg and Sonamarg. They spoke good English and made us feel welcomed. The stay at Goona palace houseboat was a great experience. Everything was planned well with no hiccups. Kudos to the team for this. My family and I had one of the best memories at heavenly Kashmir. Masha Allah. I recommend them as they are reliable, honest and knowledgeable.
