- After check-in and some rest, proceed for a relaxed Srinagar local sightseeing tour, covering:

- Entry tickets to monuments, gardens and other attractions are not included unless specified.
- Adventure activities such as skiing, sledging and other recreational activities are excluded.
- Lunch is not included unless specifically mentioned in the package.
- Any expenses arising due to weather conditions, road closures, delays or natural circumstances are excluded.
- Travel insurance is not included.
- Any additional sightseeing or services outside the agreed itinerary will be charged separately.
- Any increase in government taxes, hotel rates, transportation charges or other applicable costs after booking may be payable by the guest.
- Anything not specifically mentioned under “Package Inclusions” is considered excluded.
- Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID during the tour.
- The itinerary may be adjusted depending on weather, road conditions, traffic, local regulations and sightseeing availability.
- Check-in and check-out timings are as per the respective hotel policies.
- Room allocation is subject to hotel availability at the time of booking.
- Special requests such as honeymoon decorations, room preferences or dietary requirements should be informed at the time of booking.

- 30 days or more before arrival: 10% of the total package cost may be charged as cancellation fees.
- 15–29 days before arrival: 25% of the total package cost may be charged.
- 7–14 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost may be charged.
- Less than 7 days before arrival / no-show: 100% of the total package cost may be charged.
- Once hotel rooms, flights, transport, Gondola tickets or other services are confirmed, their non-refundable charges may be deducted separately.
- No refund will be provided for unused services, late arrival, early departure or voluntary changes made by the guest.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation and service charges.
- Cancellation due to weather, road closures, natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control will be handled according to the refund policies of the respective service providers.
- Ad-Damam Tour & Travel reserves the right to amend the cancellation charges according to the terms and conditions of hotels and other suppliers.
