- Any non-refundable hotel, transport, activity, or booking charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- No refund will be provided for unused services after the tour has commenced.
- In case of cancellation due to weather, road closure, natural calamity, flight cancellation, or other circumstances beyond our control, refunds will depend on the amount recovered from the respective service providers.
- Any refund will be processed after applicable deductions and may take 7–15 working days.
- Date changes or amendments are subject to availability and applicable charges.
