- 15–29 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost.
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 75% of the total package cost.
- Within 48 hours of departure / No-show: 100% of the total package cost.
- Certain hotels, flights, transport services, permits, and activities may have separate cancellation policies. Any non-refundable amount charged by the respective service provider will be deducted from the refund.
- No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, early departure, or voluntary cancellation during the trip.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the deduction of applicable cancellation charges and service fees.
