- Cancellation charges will apply based on the number of days before departure:
- 30 days or more: 10% of the total package cost.
- 15–29 days: 25% of the total package cost.
- 7–14 days: 50% of the total package cost.
- Less than 7 days: 100% of the total package cost (no refund).
- Any non-refundable bookings (such as flights, train tickets, permits, visas, or hotel reservations) will be charged as per the supplier's cancellation policy.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after cancellation.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Bank charges, payment gateway fees, and currency conversion fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
