  • Heavy traffic during peak seasons may result in missed sightseeing, for which the agency is not responsible.
  • AC in vehicles will not function in hill stations.
  • Late payment of installments will incur a penalty.
  • The agency is not responsible for mechanical issues in vehicles, including breakdowns or punctures.
  • Vehicles are charged for fixed inclusions. Additional usage beyond the itinerary will incur extra charges.
  • Amendments, date changes, or postponements after payment may result in additional charges, at the discretion of the agency.
  • Changes in the package due to government orders, pandemics, political strikes, curfews, or natural disasters will incur extra costs payable by the client.
  • Package prices are based on fixed inclusions. Customizations will incur additional costs.
  • Postponement charges range from 10% to 30% of the package cost, depending on the number of days before travel.
  • Peak season and long weekend surcharges apply and must be borne by the guest.
  • No refunds for cancellations or changes due to bad weather, flight delays, or rescheduling.
  • Water activities and ferry services are subject to weather conditions. No refunds for cancellations due to non-sailing ferries.
  • The itinerary flow may change without prior notification.
  • Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delays may affect hotel and vehicle reservations.
  • Clients can request an installment date extension, subject to approval.
  • A minimum payment of ₹2,000 or ₹3,000 is required to block the package. Hotels and vehicles will only be confirmed after receiving 30% of the package cost.
  • Vouchers will not be issued until a 30% payment is received.
  • Flight tickets are subject to availability, and any price differences at the time of booking must be borne by the client.
  • Gala dinners on Christmas, New Year, or special occasions are mandatory and chargeable directly by the hotel.
  • Special requests like early check-in, late check-out, smoking/non-smoking rooms, bed preferences, and room locations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • The itinerary cannot be changed during the trip unless approved by the travel agent in advance.
  • Payment of the package confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions.

From the first conversation until our airport drop, everything was perfectly organized. Their communication was professional, friendly, and trustworthy... From the moment we arrived at Srinagar Airport, everything was very well organised...One of the most memorable experience of our trip was the Dal lake shikara ride,which they arranged for us a Complimentary one.we went during the evening around sunset and the view was absolutely beautiful.Sitting together, enjoying the peaceful Dal lake, watching the sunset,and drinking traditional khawa was a truly Romantic and unforgettable experience for both of us... Wow kashmiri has arranged a wonderful Houseboat stay at Dal lake.Honestly we didn't except such a beautiful accommodation as a part of our package.The house boat was excellent and we would happily give it a five star rating... They arranged a wonderful itinerary that included the Botanical Garden, a beautiful sunset Shikara ride on Dal Lake with Kahwa, a comfortable houseboat stay, a memorable Gulmarg trip with booking Gondola Phase 1 & 2 tickets, a good hotel stay, and delicious food throughout the trip.... They gave us very useful advice about avoiding unnecessary local guides and people who might approach tourists.Because of their proper guidance,we able to enjoy Gulmarg comfortably without any confusion... After completing Gulmarg trip,they picked up on time and dropped us at our hotel...The hotel they arranged was also excellent.. Although it was described as Three star hotel,the overall experience and facilities felt much better than what we expected.They provided Complimentary Buffet Dinner and breakfast including veg and Non veg options....Which was Excellent.... As first-time visitors to Kashmir, we were a little worried, but their guidance, hospitality, punctuality, and care made us feel completely safe and comfortable. Even though we do not speak Hindi, the team communicated very well in English and supported us throughout the journey.Their knowledge about Kashmir and the places we visited was also very good,which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable... Rehmat was extremely kind, warm and welcoming, and made us feel com (Read More)fortable right from the beginning. She was always helpful and approachable whenever we needed anything. The stays were very pretty, cozy and comfortable, and added so much charm to our trip. Kashmir is truly magical, with breathtaking landscapes and beautiful peaceful surroundings everywhere. The views, especially around Gurez, were absolutely stunning and unforgettable. Overall, everything was well planned and smoothly managed, and we had a really memorable experience. Just a small suggestion, please don’t take it the wrong way — the complimentary Shikara ride could have been a little better. The ride felt quite slow with frequent stops, so perhaps connecting with more experienced Shikara operators could make the experience even more enjoyable. 😊 Apart from this, everything was really good, beautiful and comfortable.
