- The agency is not responsible for missed sightseeing or closed attractions due to political strikes, roadblocks, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Meal timings must be followed as per hotel instructions.
- Vehicle AC will not work in hill stations. No refunds for unused services included in the package.
- Extra bed means an extra mattress.
- Heater charges are payable directly to the hotel.
- The agency reserves the right to terminate, cancel, or modify any offer without prior notice.
- EP means accommodation only, CP includes breakfast, MAP includes breakfast and lunch/dinner, and AP includes all three meals.
- Verbal commitments made by any executive are not valid.
- Heavy traffic during peak seasons may result in missed sightseeing, for which the agency is not responsible.
- AC in vehicles will not function in hill stations.
- Late payment of installments will incur a penalty.
- The agency is not responsible for mechanical issues in vehicles, including breakdowns or punctures.
- Vehicles are charged for fixed inclusions. Additional usage beyond the itinerary will incur extra charges.
- Amendments, date changes, or postponements after payment may result in additional charges, at the discretion of the agency.
- Changes in the package due to government orders, pandemics, political strikes, curfews, or natural disasters will incur extra costs payable by the client.
- Package prices are based on fixed inclusions. Customizations will incur additional costs.
- Postponement charges range from 10% to 30% of the package cost, depending on the number of days before travel.
- Peak season and long weekend surcharges apply and must be borne by the guest.
- No refunds for cancellations or changes due to bad weather, flight delays, or rescheduling.
- Water activities and ferry services are subject to weather conditions. No refunds for cancellations due to non-sailing ferries.
- The itinerary flow may change without prior notification.
- Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delays may affect hotel and vehicle reservations.
- Clients can request an installment date extension, subject to approval.
- A minimum payment of ₹2,000 or ₹3,000 is required to block the package. Hotels and vehicles will only be confirmed after receiving 30% of the package cost.
- Vouchers will not be issued until a 30% payment is received.
- Flight tickets are subject to availability, and any price differences at the time of booking must be borne by the client.
- Gala dinners on Christmas, New Year, or special occasions are mandatory and chargeable directly by the hotel.
- Special requests like early check-in, late check-out, smoking/non-smoking rooms, bed preferences, and room locations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- The itinerary cannot be changed during the trip unless approved by the travel agent in advance.
- Payment of the package confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions.
