Booking Policy
- A minimum of 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before or on arrival in Kashmir.
- Bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days before arrival: 10% cancellation charges.
- 15–30 days before arrival: 25% cancellation charges.
- 7–14 days before arrival: 50% cancellation charges.
- Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% cancellation charges.
Child Policy
- Children below 5 years stay complimentary without an extra bed.
- Children aged 5–11 years will be charged as per the child policy with or without an extra bed.
- Guests aged 12 years and above are considered adults.
Vehicle Policy
- The vehicle is available only as per the itinerary.
- AC may not operate in hilly areas or when the vehicle is stationary.
- Union taxi rules apply in destinations such as Gulmarg, Pahalgam, and Sonamarg. Any additional local taxi charges are to be paid directly by the guest.
Hotel Policy
- Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
