- Shikara Ride on Dal Lake: Not included. Guests may opt for a private Shikara ride at an indicative cost of ₹700–₹800 per boat for approximately 1 hour. Longer rides or customised routes may cost more.
- Entry fees to Mughal Gardens: Entry tickets for Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh and Chashme Shahi are not included. Guests should budget approximately ₹40–₹100 per garden for two adults, subject to the applicable tariff at the time of travel.
- Entry fees to Pari Mahal, parks and monuments: Not included and payable directly by the guests. Indicatively, guests may budget ₹40–₹120 per attraction for two adults, wherever an entry fee is applicable.
- Airfare / Train Tickets: Not included.
- Personal expenses: Shopping, beverages, laundry, tips, additional meals, etc. are not included.

- Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to the check-in date will attract zero cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made between 45 days to 30 days prior to the check-in date will attract a 25% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made between 29 days to 15 days prior to the check-in date will attract a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the check-in date.
