->Airline, hotel, visa, and other supplier cancellation policies will apply separately wherever applicable.
->Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable once applied.
->We  will assist with visa formalities, but visa approval/rejection is completely subject to the concerned embassy/government authority.
->No refund will be given for any unused service during the trip.
->Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Once issued, insurance is non-refundable unless specifically mentioned.
->For destinations like Maldives, Hong Kong, Genting Highlands, and similar special cases, 100% cancellation may apply after confirmation, unless clearly mentioned otherwise.
->Hotel star category, room type, photos, and amenities are based on hotel/supplier information. Guests may verify the same directly with the hotel.
->Booking confirmation requires ₹20,000 per person as booking deposit along with passport copies.
->Flight payment must be made before ticket issuance.
->Hotel payment must be made before the hotel time limit.
->Final vouchers will be issued only after full payment and may take up to 3 working days to process.
->Final itinerary will be shared 1 to 2 days before the travel date.
