- All sightseeing and transfer services generally conclude before 08:00 PM.
- Some attractions may be closed on specific dates and the itinerary may be adjusted accordingly.

- Invoice amount is considered in Japanese Yen (JPY) and is subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.
- For transfers, the vehicle and guide will wait for up to 15 minutes. Any delay beyond this will attract additional charges of INR 7,000 for the guide and INR 19,000 for the driver per hour.
- The service time for the vehicle and guide is up to 10 hours, generally between 08:00 AM and 08:00 PM. Overtime charges will apply for services exceeding 10 hours. If guests start later than the scheduled time, some sightseeing attractions may be missed and the itinerary may not be completed as planned.
- Some attractions operate on pre-booked time slots and may be missed in case of delays.
- In case of any changes to the flight schedule, guests are requested to inform us in advance. Failure to notify may affect airport pickup arrangements.
- Complimentary airport pickup waiting time is up to 90 minutes from the scheduled flight arrival time.
- Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness inside the vehicle. Additional cleaning charges may apply if special cleaning is required.
Payment & Booking Terms
- Minimum 40% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining 60% balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to arrival.
- For bookings made within 15 days of arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.
- Confirmation and rates remain subject to availability at the time of booking.
- No booking has been made at the quotation stage.
- Services will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment.
- 35 Days & Above: 100% of total cost
- 30 – 40 Days: 75% of total cost
- 40 – 55 Days: 50% of total cost
- 50 – 60 Days: 25% of total cost
