Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive at Jaipur - Chokhi Dhani

On arrival at Jaipur station, after checking in & freshening up. In the afternoon, take a tour of the city visiting Albert Hall museum, Laxmi Narayan Temple & Jantar Mantar (observatory), the Palace of Winds, and the Birla temple. In the evening, check into a hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, you can go for an excursion to Amer Fort. Ascend the fort on an elephant's back. Start full day sightseeing in Jaipur, visit:- City Palace, drive through Hawa Mahal, Jaigarh Fort & Jal Mahal. Evening is free for shopping or activities. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

After breakfast, drive to Ajmer, visit Ajmer famous for the Ajmer Sharif Dargah. Pushkar is a holy town in Rajasthan, which is known to house some legendary temples and old lakes. It is a famous pilgrimage site because it has the well-known Brahma temple, where people visit from all over.

After breakfast, check out the Jaipur hotel, you can explore the local market for shopping & you will be dropped back to Jaipur station for an onward journey.

The standout moments were the Amer Palace tour in Jaipur, waking up at a fort-view boutique stay in Jodhpur, and catching the sunset from a rooftop over Lake Pichola in Udaipur. Overall it was definitely a satisfying experience having a tour planned with Sun (Read More) Voyages. They suggested me an itinerary which I customised according to my choices and schedules and they gave me a perfect schedule that was well in my budget. The driver was quite flexible with schedule and allowed changes to original plan as the travel proceeded. The hotels included in the itinerary were all 3 stars and were quite good!
The food in Jaisalmer camp was little disappointing, to which they justified say (Read More)ing it was an off season and couldn’t make the arrangements well.
