▪️ Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email/WhatsApp and will be processed only after confirmation from the tour operator.

▪️ 30 days or more before the date of arrival: 10% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

▪️ 15–29 days before the date of arrival: 25% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

▪️ 08–14 days before the date of arrival: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

▪️ 04–07 days before the date of arrival: 75% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

▪️ Within 72 hours of arrival / No-show: 100% of the total package cost will be non-refundable.

▪️ Once hotel rooms, vehicle, safari permits/tickets, or other services have been booked/confirmed, the actual cancellation charges imposed by the respective service provider will be applicable, even if they exceed the above standard cancellation charges.

▪️ Ranthambore Jungle Safari/Canter/Jeep Safari charges, if booked separately, are subject to the cancellation and refund rules of the respective forest/safari authorities and may be non-refundable.

▪️ In case of no-show, unused services, early departure, late arrival, or cancellation after commencement of the tour, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the package.

▪️ Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges and supplier charges. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method and service providers.

▪️ In case of force majeure circumstances such as natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, severe weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, refund/adjustment will be subject to the policies of the respective hotels, transport operators, safari authorities and other suppliers.
