Detailed Itinerary
- Meet and greet on arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport and transfer to Gangtok (5,500 ft.).
- Check-in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure.
- Overnight stay at Gangtok.
- Start with a full-day city tour covering Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Flower Show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Institute of Tibetology, Dul Chorten, Enchey Monastery, and Banjakhri Falls.
- Maximum sightseeing duration is six hours.
- Overnight stay at Gangtok.
- After breakfast, start an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) and Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.).
- Distance covered is 55 km one way from Gangtok city.
- In case of a landslide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed, alternate sightseeing will be provided.
- Overnight stay at Gangtok.
- After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport for departure.

- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockages, or political disturbances.
- Any increase in taxes or fuel prices leading to an increase in transportation and land arrangements.

Documents Required & Entry Formalities for Sikkim & Darjeeling
- Six passport-sized photographs of each traveler with name, age, and gender written behind each photograph.
- Original and photocopy of valid photo ID proof for each traveler.
- Valid ID proof includes passport, election ID card, driving license, or any government-issued document with a photo, name, and address.
- Aadhar card and PAN card are not accepted for Sikkim Restricted Area Permit (RAP).
- Upon arrival, all required documents must be placed in a blank envelope and submitted at the hotel reception in Gangtok.
- Children below 18 years without a passport must carry a school or college ID along with a photocopy and original birth certificate in English.
- Tourists with an OCI or PIO card must also carry their original passport for entry.
Amendment Policy
- Any amendment to a booked tour will be treated as a cancellation.
- Minor amendments can be made with an amendment fee of INR 5000 plus actual incurred costs.
Payment Policy
- 40% of the total package amount must be paid in advance to confirm the booking.
- Bookings will not be processed without advance payment.
- 30% of the amount must be paid after receiving the confirmation voucher.
- The remaining amount must be cleared upon arrival.
- Payments made through a credit card will incur an additional 3% charge.
- Arrival details such as train or flight number must be shared for itinerary planning.
- Cancellations must be sent via mail or fax.
- From the date of booking, 40% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 60% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 14 to 1 day prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions, or COVID-related restrictions.
- Efforts will be made to minimize cancellation charges whenever possible.
- Ask Adventure Tours reserves the right to determine the advance payment amount based on the nature of the service and time left for the tour.
- For peak season bookings during Christmas, New Year, fairs, or festivals, full payment may be required in advance, which is non-refundable.
