Day 1 Cochin Arrival & City Tour
Our friendly representative will welcome you to Cochin Airport or Railway Station and transfer you to Cochin. Check into the hotel/resort. Visit The Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, the oldest European church in India, Santa Cruz Basilica, etc., and an array of shops with antiques, fabrics & jewelry. Evening visit Marine Drive and return to hotel overnight at Cochin.
After breakfast, go to Munnar, which is called “Nature Lover’s Paradise” and is 1800mts above sea level. On the way to Munnar, visit Cheyappara Waterfalls and Valara Waterfalls. Visit the plush tea gardens and experience this vast plantation area around the slopes of the hills. The scenery is simply stunning and mesmerizing. The view of the clouds descending into the mountains is a pleasure. “Check into hotel/resort. Overnight at Munnar.
After breakfast, proceed for Munnar sightseeing, visit Mattupetty Dam, Kundala Dam, and Eco Point, another serene spot. This is a must-visit place for someone who wants a moment to admire the scenes around and wants to have some fun along the way, echoing his or her voice. Then visit the Tea Museum. Overnight at Munnar.
After breakfast, check out of the hotel/resort and proceed to Thekkady. Check into the hotel/resort. Thekkady is India’s largest wildlife sanctuary and is a dream destination for any tourist visiting Kerala. Spice plantation tour covering tea, coffee, pepper, and cardamom plantations. Have a fantastic boat ride on Periyar Lake, which flows through the Periyar Tiger Reserve. You will have a chance to watch the wild animals like elephants, Bison, Sambar, Deer, etc. roaming both shores. Evening visits to the local spice market for fresh garden spices. Overnight at Thekkady.
After breakfast, Check out from the hotel and proceed to Alappuzha, which has immense natural beauty, also known as the “Venice of the East.” It is famous for the backwaters, boat races, houseboat holidays, beaches, marine products, and coir products. Check in to the Hotel/ Houseboat. Enjoy the backwater of Alleppey. The Shikara boat cruise is advisable for guests staying in a hotel in Alleppey to enjoy the Backwater. Overnight stay at Alleppey.
After breakfast proceed to Cochin airport/railway station and depart. Travel back to your home with wonderful memories of an amazing experience in Kerala.

  • In Munnar and Thekkady, rooms are non-A/C as the destinations are hill stations.
  • Houseboat check-in time is 12:00 noon, and check-out time is 9:00 AM.
  • Deluxe houseboat A/C timings: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
  • Rooms are subject to availability.
  • In case of non-availability of rooms, similar category hotels will be provided.
  • Vehicle kilometers are calculated on a garage-to-garage basis.
  • The itinerary, if provided, is purely suggestive and optional. Services will be provided only as per the quote.
  • Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary boat timings: 7:00 AM; 9:30 AM; 11:30 AM; 2:00 PM; 4:00 PM. Note: No advance ticket booking for boating at Thekkady; guests should take tickets directly upon arrival. Kindly cross-check the boat timings upon reaching as they may change since only a few boats are available for cruises at Thekkady.
  • Cars can be used between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
  • Most hotels have a check-in time of 12:00 noon and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, and any extension is entirely at the discretion of the hotel.
  • At most destinations, there are no classified star hotels; the hotels provided will have similar facilities.
  • In case the guest is on an MAP plan (Lunch/Dinner) and a buffet is not available at the hotel, à la carte will be served up to the amount of the dinner supplement charged by the hotel.
  • Please note that most hotels or resorts in Munnar are located approximately 20 km from the town.
  • The amount will not be refundable.
  • 25% cancellation charges will be applicable if the booking is canceled between 30 to 15 days from the date of travel.
  • 50% cancellation charges will be applicable if the booking is canceled between 14 to 8 days from the date of travel.
  • 100% cancellation charges will be applicable if the booking is canceled between 7 to 0 days from the date of travel.
  • Refund is not applicable in case of a “No Show.”
  • Air tickets, train tickets, Volvo tickets, and safari charges are non-refundable once issued.
