Day 1 Dehradun - Kedarnath - Badrinath - Dehradun
- Dehradun to Kedarnath
- Flying Duration: 30 - 40 minutes
- Arrival at Guptkashi/Sersi/Phata (Kedar Base Helipad):
- Arrive from Dehradun and change helicopters.
- Flight to Kedarnath:
- Take a 6-10 minute flight to Kedarnath from the Kedar Base Helipad.
- Note: You may have to wait for 10 minutes to 3 hours during the helicopter change due to shuttle slots, weather, or technical reasons.
- Arrival at Kedar-top Helipad:
- Reach the Kedar-top Helipad.
- VIP Darshan at Kedarnath Temple:
- Our handlers will escort you for VIP darshan at the Kedarnath Temple.
- Fly to Badrinath:
- After darshan, fly from Kedarnath Base Helipad to Badrinath Helipad.

- Kedarnath is one of the holiest and most revered pilgrimage sites in India, located in the Uttarakhand state of the Indian Himalayas.
- It is one of the four sacred shrines in the Char Dham Yatra and is dedicated to Lord Shiva.

- Flying Duration: 30 - 40 minutes
- Head to Badrinath:
- Depart for the beautiful city of Narayan, Badrinath.
- Arrival at Badrinath Helipad:
- Upon arrival, our handlers will transfer you to the temple parking area.
- Escort to the Temple:
- From the parking area, the handler will escort you to the Badrinath Temple for a swift VIP darshan of Badri Narayan.
- Leisure Time:
- Spend some leisurely hours in the valley near the temple.
- Return to Dehradun:
- After darshan, we will fly you back to Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun.

- The tour will conclude upon arrival at Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun.

- Flying time is subject to weather conditions, permissions, and technical factors.
- Dham sequence and departure timings may change.
- NSOP flights: Final timing will be shared one day prior.
- Up to 2 hours waiting time at helipads may occur.
2. Body Weight Policy
- Maximum 6 passengers per helicopter (total weight limit: 445 kg).
- Above 75 kg → ₹2,500 per kg extra (payable at Dehradun).
- Incorrect weight declaration → ₹3,000 per kg or de-boarding without refund.
- If total weight exceeds 450 kg → ₹1,25,000 + GST penalty (subject to approval).
3. Luggage Policy
- Only 1 small soft bag (max 3 kg per passenger) allowed.
- No hard luggage permitted.
4. Pickup & Transfers
- Group of 6 passengers → 1 vehicle provided.
- Passengers may be shifted between helicopters for weight balance.
5. Weather & Force Majeure
- Flights depend on:
- Weather conditions
- ATC / DGCA permissions
- VVIP movement / NOTAM
- Technical issues / crew availability
- Strongly advised to keep 1 buffer day.
- In case of backlog or bad weather:
- Trip may be rescheduled / modified / cancelled
- Do Dham Same Day → 15% deduction if cancelled due to weather
6. Kedarnath Shuttle (If Applicable)
- Operated by IRCTC → delays possible
- No priority for charter passengers
- Passengers may be split across flights
7. Infant Policy
- Below 2 years: Free (ID required)
8. Booking & Payment
- 50% advance at booking
- Balance payment 30 days before departure
- Full payment required before flying
9. Rescheduling Policy
- 30+ days prior → 25% charges
- Less than 30 days → treated as fresh booking
10. Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days before → 40% charges
- 0–30 days → No refund
- If cancelled from Dehradun → 15% deduction
11. No Show Policy
- Failure to report on time → No refund
12. Refund Policy
- No refund for:
- Unutilized services
- Government restrictions / emergencies
- Partial completion:
- 1 Dham completed → approx ₹10,000 credit note
- Refunds processed after 30 working days (post season)
