Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Srinagar & Local Sightseeing
Upon arrival at Srinagar International Airport, meet the representative for transfer to the hotel/houseboat. In the afternoon, embark on a half-day tour of the famous Mughal Gardens, including:
  • Nishat Garden – 'Garden of Pleasure,' built in 1633 by Mughal King Asif Khan.
  • Shalimar Garden – 'Garden of Love,' built in 1619 by Mughal Emperor Jehangir for his wife, Noor Jehan.
  • Cheshma Shahi – A Mughal garden built in 1632 around a spring by Ali Mardan Khan under Emperor Shah Jahan’s orders.
  • Pari Mahal – A seven-terraced garden built by Mughal Prince Dara Shikoh, once used as an observatory for teaching astrology and astronomy.
In the evening, enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, taking in the breathtaking views of Srinagar. Overnight stay at a hotel/houseboat in Srinagar.

After breakfast, depart for Sonamarg, also known as the "Meadow of Gold". Explore the stunning landscapes, snow-covered mountains, and the Sindh River. Take a pony ride to visit the Thajiwas Glacier and Zero Point (at an additional cost). Return to Srinagar for an overnight stay at the hotel.

After an early breakfast, drive to Gulmarg (8,700 ft), also called the "Meadow of Flowers". This picturesque hill station was discovered in the 16th century and is now India’s premier skiing destination in winter. Enjoy the scenic beauty and various activities, such as a gondola ride (at an additional cost). Return to Srinagar for an overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, head to Pahalgam, passing through the famous saffron fields of Pampore, Awantipura ruins, and Mattan temples. Known as "The Valley of Shepherds", Pahalgam offers stunning views and the soothing sounds of the Lidder River. Activities such as horse riding, visiting Chandanwari, Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, and Baisaran Valley are available at an additional cost. Return to Srinagar for an overnight stay in a houseboat.

After an early breakfast, transfer to Srinagar Airport with beautiful memories of your Kashmir vacation.

Right from the planning stage, our coordination with Razia and Asim was very good. They were both helpful, responsive and easy to communicate with. Whenever we had any questions or needed any assistance during the trip, they were available and tried to resolve things quickly. The traveller arranged for our family was comfortable, and having a dedicated vehicle made travelling between different destinations much easier and convenient, especially with a family. The hotels were good and comfortable, and the package included breakfast and dinner, which was very convenient. After spending the day sightseeing, it was nice to have the stay and meals already taken care of. What we liked most was that we didn't have to constantly worry about the arrangements. The transportation, hotels and meals were all planned as part of the package, allowing us to focus on enjoying the beautiful Kashmir scenery and spending quality time with our family.
