All payments must be made directly to Velpu.com (Prayanam Travel Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) to ensure proper recording and service.
Instructions:

• Weather: Sudden changes in weather may affect the program or cause cancellations.
• Wildlife: Follow instructor guidance as wildlife movements are unpredictable. We are not responsible for injuries or unexpected incidents.
• Luggage: Travelers must manage their luggage, including during check-in and check-out. Carry light luggage for convenience.
• Timings: Delays from customers may impact subsequent activities.
• Program Plan: Last-minute changes to the plan are not our responsibility.

Terms and Conditions:

• Correspondence: All bookings and inquiries should be addressed to Prayanam Travel Technologies Private Limited.
• Payments: Advance payment is required to confirm bookings.
• Full payment must be made before departure or upon arrival but prior to the commencement of services.
• Peak season bookings (e.g., Christmas, New Year) require full payment in advance.

Cancellations:

• 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour cost.
• 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour cost.
• 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour cost.
• 48 hours prior to arrival or no-show: No refund.
• Note: Written cancellations sent on Sundays will be processed the next working day (Monday).
• Liabilities & Limitations:Hikes in entrance fees, taxes, or fuel costs may result in additional charges.
• Our organization acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, and transport providers.
• Schedule changes may occur due to weather, road conditions, or participant ability.
• We are not responsible for losses, injuries, or damages caused by unforeseen incidents, natural hazards, or delays.

Travel Insurance:

• Travelers are advised to arrange their own insurance to cover accidents, sickness, theft, or other unforeseen events.
• Unforeseen Circumstances:
• We are not responsible for costs arising from unforeseen events like landslides, roadblocks, or bad weather.

Terms & Conditions:

• The total amount for the tour is due and must be paid on the day of arrival.
• The advance amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation before 48 hours of the tour date.
• All payments are subject to company policies.

Changes to Your Booking:

• Any changes to the itinerary, hotel rooms, or cab arrangements can be made; however, additional charges may apply.
• Hotel check-in and check-out timings are strict and must be adhered to as per the schedule.
