- Check-in time at Houseboat is 12.00 hrs. & Check-out time is 09.00 hrs
- Houseboats remain anchored at one location from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM the following day due to government regulations.
- Every houseboat is accompanied by a navigator, a cook, and a helper.
- In Deluxe Houseboats, air conditioning is available from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM only.
- In Premium and Super Luxury Houseboats, air conditioning is available at any time upon guest request.
- No two houseboats are identical in terms of size, quality, or interior design.
- Houseboats are provided for exclusive use and are not shared with other guests unless specifically mentioned.
- Guests are advised to carry mosquito and insect repellent, as the houseboat remains anchored along the backwaters at night.
- Please keep the bedroom and washroom doors closed to prevent mosquitoes and insects from entering.
- Food options are limited, with South Indian cuisine being predominantly served.
- The quality and facilities of a houseboat should not be compared to those of a hotel.
- Houseboat rooms are compact in size and equipped with basic amenities.
- The primary purpose of a houseboat stay is to experience the serene backwaters and enjoy nature up close.
