  • For bookings made within 15 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
  • 30 days to 3 months before departure – Booking deposit/service fee applies.
  • 20 to 12 days before departure – 50% of total tour cost will be charged.
  • 11 to 4 days before departure – 75% of total tour cost will be charged.
  • 3 days or less before departure – 100% of total tour cost will be charged.
