  • Travel Insurance - Not included unless stated; strongly recommended for all travelers.
  • Laundry, telephone calls, personal tips to drivers/guides, room service, minibar usage, and other personal expenditures.
  • Charges for cameras/video cameras at monuments or sightseeing spots.
  • Entry tickets to museums, historical sites, theme parks, or attractions, unless included in the itinerary.
  • Adventure activities, boating, safaris, or any optional excursions not mentioned in the package.
  • Medical or emergency expenses during the trip.

  • Additional costs arising from flight delays, weather issues, political unrest, natural disasters, or road closures.

  • Any fuel price increases, taxes, or government levies beyond our control.
Confirmation Policy:
  • Your tour booking will be confirmed once HolidayBizz receives the initial advance payment.
  • A confirmation email containing booking details, itinerary, and hotel information will be sent to you.
  • The remaining balance must be cleared before departure, in accordance with the payment terms outlined below.

  • Refunds are processed according to the policies of our partner airlines, hotels, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
The Company service cancellation charges apply:
  • INR 2,500 per person (non-refundable and deducted from the total amount).
  • Refunds are initiated within 7-10 business days after verifying eligibility and deducting applicable charges.
  • 30 days or more before the date of departure: 35% of the total cost
  • 29 to 20 days before the date of departure: 75% of the total cost
  • 19 days or less before the date of departure: 100% of the total cost (No refund)

This entire tour has been organized by ATITHIDOTCOM Travel Company, and our experience so far has been very good. To begin with, we would like to share students’ feedback regarding the facilities provided. The hotel accommodation, food, travel arrangements, and overall management were comfortable and well-organized. The hotel was top-notch, clean, and exactly as described. - *Travel Cab:* Could be better ?. The cab was okay, but could've been more comfortable for the long drive. - *Agency Agent Behaviour:* Super helpful and responsive! ? The agent was nice and sorted out all our queries. Overall, it was a good experience. If they upgrade their cabs, it'll be a solid 5-star agency! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
