Day 1 Arrival at Colombo – Transfer to Kandy via Pinnawala
Your magical journey begins as you land at Bandaranaike International Airport, Colombo. A warm welcome by our SeeInGo Lanka representative awaits you. En route to Kandy, visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, a heartwarming sanctuary where rescued elephants roam, bathe, and play in a semi-natural habitat. Continue your scenic drive to Kandy, the cultural capital of Sri Lanka. Check-in at your hotel and unwind for the night amidst serene surroundings.
Post breakfast, drive through misty mountains to Nuwara Eliya, known as "Little England" for its colonial charm. En route, stop at a tea plantation and factory to witness the journey from tea leaf to cup, followed by a visit to the spectacular Ramboda Waterfalls. Explore the Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple and Sita Amman Temple, rich with legends from the Ramayana. Later, stroll around Gregory Lake and Victoria Park before checking in for an overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.
After breakfast, embark on a day trip to Ella, one of Sri Lanka’s most picturesque mountain towns. Visit the mythical Ravana Ella Caves and Waterfalls, followed by the famous Nine Arch Bridge, a photogenic railway bridge amidst lush green hills. Conclude with a scenic hike to Mini Adam’s Peak, offering sweeping panoramic views. Return to Nuwara Eliya by evening for a restful overnight stay.
Check out post breakfast and drive to the golden beaches of Bentota, nestled along Sri Lanka’s southwestern coast. After checking in, relax by the beach or dive into thrilling water sports like jet skiing, snorkeling, scuba diving, banana rides, and tube rides (available at additional cost). Enjoy the sunset and spend the night at your Bentota hotel.
Wrap up your trip with a hearty breakfast by the sea. Soak in the coastal charm one last time before checking out.   • In the event of flight delays, cancellations, bad weather, or any unforeseen disruptions, there will be no refunds for hotel bookings. However, we will do our best to assist you with suitable alternatives.
  • Please carry a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from the date of your return, along with government-issued photo ID proof for all travelers.
  • Our representative will greet you outside the airport exit gate with a placard for easy identification.
  • Standard hotel check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability or can be guaranteed at an additional cost.
  • Any disputes related to child age must be settled directly with the hotel at check-in.
  • All sightseeing is subject to transport and ferry schedules. Delays or cancellations may affect the day’s plan.
  • Any extra cost due to political unrest, natural calamities (landslides, road blockages, etc.), or mishaps must be paid on the spot by the guest.
  • Ensure that passenger names entered during booking exactly match the names on passports and travel documents.
  • Visa on Arrival is available for Indian citizens for up to 30 days in Sri Lanka. Approximate visa fee: USD 20–25 per person.
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended—better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
  • We advise carrying a minimum of USD 500 per person in local or convertible currency for personal expenses and emergencies.
  • Cancellation ≥ 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of total package amount
  • Cancellation < 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of total package amount
  • Cancellation < 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of total package amount
  • Cancellation < 15 days prior to arrival: 100% of total package amount
  • For bookings during peak season / long weekends / non-refundable hotels, 100% cancellation charges will apply regardless of notice period.
