- All rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- In the event of flight delays, cancellations, bad weather, or any unforeseen disruptions, there will be no refunds for hotel bookings. However, we will do our best to assist you with suitable alternatives.
- Please carry a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from the date of your return, along with government-issued photo ID proof for all travelers.
- Our representative will greet you outside the airport exit gate with a placard for easy identification.
- Standard hotel check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability or can be guaranteed at an additional cost.
- Any disputes related to child age must be settled directly with the hotel at check-in.
- All sightseeing is subject to transport and ferry schedules. Delays or cancellations may affect the day’s plan.
- Any extra cost due to political unrest, natural calamities (landslides, road blockages, etc.), or mishaps must be paid on the spot by the guest.
- Ensure that passenger names entered during booking exactly match the names on passports and travel documents.
- Visa on Arrival is available for Indian citizens for up to 30 days in Sri Lanka. Approximate visa fee: USD 20–25 per person.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended—better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
- We advise carrying a minimum of USD 500 per person in local or convertible currency for personal expenses and emergencies.
- Cancellation ≥ 30 days prior to arrival: 10% of total package amount
- Cancellation < 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of total package amount
- Cancellation < 21 days prior to arrival: 50% of total package amount
- Cancellation < 15 days prior to arrival: 100% of total package amount
- For bookings during peak season / long weekends / non-refundable hotels, 100% cancellation charges will apply regardless of notice period.
- All refunds are subject to final decision by respective hotels, ferries, or transport providers.
