- Upon arrival at Dehradun Airport, begin your scenic drive towards Chopta.
- En route, visit the holy confluence at Devprayag, where the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers meet to form the sacred Ganga.
- Continue through Srinagar Garhwal and Rudraprayag while enjoying breathtaking views of the Himalayan river valleys and mountain landscapes.
- Check into the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Chopta.

- CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of cancellation of tour or travel services due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, we must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive written notification, and the cancellation charges are as follows:
- 60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour or service cost
- 45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the tour or service cost
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour or service cost
- 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour or service cost
- LESS THAN 72 HOURS OR NO SHOW:
- NO REFUND: In the case of journeys and peak season hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be provided as needed).
- SOME CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL:
- Refund for hotel payments will follow the hotel?s cancellation policy.
- Flight ticket cancellations will follow the airline's policy.
- In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refunds will be limited and depend on the amount we can recover from the hoteliers or contractors we work with.
- For unused hotel accommodations, chartered transportation, and missed meals, we do not bear any responsibility for refunds.
