- Upon arrival at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport, you will be greeted by our driver.
- The driver will assist you in boarding your vehicle to Gangtok.

- In-case road closed due to landslides or with any other natural calamities, alternate tour will be provided.

20 days prior to arrival date- 30% Charges applicable
14 days prior to arrival date- 50% Charges applicable
7 days prior to arrival date- 100% Charges applicableThe cancellation policy is applicable on total booked amount and not on partial.
The cancellation policy will remain the same in case of Flight/train Cancelled/missed due to weather.
